Cleanness of the room and scrounging.

Cons:

Tv didn't have cable ,no microwave inside the room, and the water in the face basin wasn't going down good as it should.

I enjoyed my stay the room was great i just think they need to yoo add a pool to the facility

That the communication was very good from the very beginning and Especially my desk agent Rose was so kind and sweet she made sure we were all good

Cons:

That the wash room did have a pee smell but it wasnt that bad but they could work on that issue.

Cons:

No elevator is not good at all you never know how sickly people are and to make them walk up the stairs to get to their room is unfair and to have one price on a product that you’re selling and selling it for more is insane I really didn’t like this stay I will not be coming back

Pros:

Clean and comfortable, with a fridge, iron, a hair dryer hidden in a black bag in the bathroom. No microwave! I thought that's pretty standard so I was surprised there wasn't one. The shower was odd, with half of the enclosure a rigid glass door that didn't move, so you could not reach the shower handle to turn it on unless you were actually in the shower. No way to avoid getting blasted with cold water when you turn the shower on. They require a $50 security deposit but it was promptly refunded the next day.
