It was pleasant and clean.
Pros:

It is convenient to get to and the accommodation is acceptable and central to go out to eat.

Cons:

The security chain was busted and I reported it. The cleaning staff should have noticed this before occupancy. Very obviously hanging from the wall.

Kahvaltı güzeldi

Cons:

Yatak çok kötü, yayları çok rahatsız ediciydi. Odanın içerisine girdiğimizde sigara kokusu vardı ve yol kenarı olduğundan araç gürültüsünden uyunmuyor.

Room smelt of smoking and loud sound for most of the night, reception said it was the pipes and they were getting it sorted. Was offered a free breakfast but declined as did not complain to receive anything. Just want my next stay to be a better one otherwise I will go elsewhere.

Cons:

The bath in my room wasn't very nice. I lost something and when searching for it on the floor I found the carpet wasn't very clean.

Value for money and great sleep and food
Pros:

Rooms looked modern and comfy
Had an evening meal which was lovely and plenty of choice for breakfast

Cons:

The corridors and back entrance area were not in keeping with the hotel, looked very run down in places

Pros:

The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Cons:

I would have loved to eat at the hotel, but I have a gluten intolerance. The first night I went into the bar and asked about a pizza - the menu specifically said 'gluten free available'. I was told there weren't any and nothing else on the menu was gf.
On arriving at the hotel I was charged £30 to park my car for three days- I felt it was a bit steep but was expecting it because the website said that would be the case. What I didn't expect was to go out in my car the first full day and to return to find no parking spaces. A member of staff came out to look and found me the last space round the back of the hotel. I had intended going into town to eat that evening (due to lack of gf options) but I would have lost even that space. The receptionist said, oh you can get a bus from the end of the road and some of these cars will be gone by midnight so you can move your car then. I wanted to be in bed before then and also wanted to relax with a glass of wine . . . and I don't drink and drive ever- not even on a car park. I should also add that spaces could not be reserved, despite being charged £10 a day.

The hotel was very run down and bedroom were grubby the bathroom in particular was very outdated and grubby the toilet had blue cleaner over the seat neither my son would use the bath or shower
It wasn’t very clean
