No water bottles or mini bar in the room. For the price the hotel was a bit outdated
Staff very friendly & welcoming.
Stayed here last year & no improvement on decor or cleanliness. Water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, just felt grubby in there. Beds could be a normal single bed instead of a small single like a caravan. There is enough room in the twin room. Towels could do with being replaced & get rid of the bacteria infested shower curtains, so unhygienic. Needs a plug next to the bed. Could do with a whole revamp.
Its a shame there is cost to park there.
Location to the motorway
The carpeting I the hallway was quite dangerous in places. The mattress was not ver comfortable

The gone off milk in the room on the tea tray and a broken window that couldn't lock

Hotel fabric very tired - badly in need of renovation. Quite noisy - noise from the surrounding roads very loud. Beds quite uncomfortable - very hard (like sleeping on a stone slab)
The reception staff were very helpful and polite and very happy in there work

The hotel generally and our room was clean and comfortable.
It was the hottest day of the year during our stay, so the air conditioning in the hotel and our room was a truly wonderful thing to have.
We would definitely use this hotel again.
Bed was comfy, firm mattress, pillows were a bit on the high side but good. Breakfast really nice and onsite bar was decent (didn't try any of the food though!)
Pillows a bit on the high side and parking was a bit on the short side. Enough spaces to get one but there was an event I think on site so parking was rammed.
Clean comfortable room, good size for 1, all good! Decent breakfast, very nice breakfast female staff member, couldn't do enough for me! Thank you so much!
