Pros:

Fantastic hotel, and the staff were absolutely amazing. I left something behind in the room and they went to the trouble of having it posted to me. The room was clean and comfortable, easy parking, I would definitely stay again!

It is what it is
Pros:

The breakfast was a buffet the room was reasonably clean

Cons:

To get to my room I had to do a marathon and there was no shortcuts due to the shape of the hotel

Very disappointing, and stealth charge for parking, really?!?
Pros:

I was late arriving, but no issue.

Cons:

Got email 1 day before arriving they wanted to charge £10 for parking per day. Not clear if it applied to 1 night stay. It did.
I refused to pay, saying I'd go and park my car elsewhere. They did give me the parking included in the end, but should never have been a thing in the first place.
Double checked the app next day, and yes it says the price includes all taxes and charges.
Mayhe everything else I had issue with stemmed from that bad start, and maybe not helped by fact I arrived gone midnight, and left before 6.30 am.
Bed was not very comfortable. A lot of light bleed from corridor through door. Wasn't the warmest room. Bath very very slippery. Sink not cleaned properly,, as clearly someone had used electroc razor over sink and it not cleaned properly.
Won't stay again.
