Great rooms, very well sound-proofed - I could hear people’s televisions when I was in the hallway, but I couldn’t hear them from inside my room, no airport noise, no outdoor noise. Great black-out curtains. The beds are comfortable with good mattresses and lots of pillows of differing hardnesses. It is truly a great place to stay, sleep and get some rest. The bar is great and the staff (generally) are lovely and generous and non-intrusive.
No plugs near the bed.

When we got into bed (after midnight) we found it wet. It was soaked in urine. Housekeeping have remade a bed when the last guest had clearly had an accident.
They moved us (we’d have preferred to leave and find a different hotel but it was 1am). We were promised when checkin out in the morning that the stay would be refunded. This was clearly a lie to avoid a scene as we have since been told that hotel policy is you stay you pay.
There is no concept of customer service. It is simply not acceptable not to check the beds. It is not acceptable for a guest to get into a urine soaked bed. It is not acceptable to promise a guest a refund knowing full well it won’t happen
Management won’t take my calls or respond to my emails. Stay at your peril
Las camareras excellent

No loyalty for returning guests
I think the parking charge is unreasonable given where you are situated.
Very convenient

Soon as we got into drive it was like driving down a country lane pot holes everywhere and parked in a disabled parking space and went to check in strate away they said do u have a car and travelling from Lincolnshire not to have a car. We told them the car was parked just out side and the lady replied that’s ten pound please for the car park for up keep on the car park witch I didn’t see the small print at all then she showed use where it was. What get me is u have a car wash on the property and function on and not one of them people who was at function or dropped car of at car wash didn’t have to pay only the people who was staying think it’s totally wrong.
Ten pound for parking and loads of pot holes everywhere and the ten pound was to maintenance for car park well clearly it does get maintained with the photos I took. The noise of the main road was a joke police cars with the sirens going moto bikes up and down. Carpet in hall way needs replacement paint and white stains all over it maybe consider a hard wearing Lino or wooden floor. Room in general was clear and well maintained only thing wrong not anough tea coffee and milk three of each two people in room so had to fetch some more.
Honestly, nothing. It was horrible.
It was run down, tape was securing the carpets, cracked bathroom tiles, mouldy sealant, uncomfortable mattress. Very dodgy hotel guests outside upon arrival and at breakfast - I didn’t feel safe.
Didn’t have breakfast , had a meal in the bar in the evening which was fair . Staff were very welcoming both at the bar and reception desk.
Didn’t like having to pay for parking which wasn’t clear when I made the booking , got an email about the parking charge the day before traveling .
