The value proposition was good but the building could use some TLC and a thorough cleaning.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us as we had business in the area. Free private parking was appreciated.

Cons:

Needs a thorough deep cleaning. Carpeting visibly dirty in high traffic areas. Dusty in the room. No breakfast.

Quiet, clean comfortable
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Quiet spacious rooms in beautiful quiet neighborhood close to heart of city.

I loved the location and safety of the neighborhood.
Pros:

Loved the location. Easy to get around and easy access to downtown. Really loved the easy and secure parking. As a senior solo traveler, felt very safe at this location.

Cons:

The second floor entrance was difficult to manage from the parking lot in the back. Also, once inside, another flight of stairs with luggage was difficult for me, a senior solo traveler.

Pleasant and convenient stay in good area.
Pros:

Very pleasant historical building. Extremely comfortable bed. All was convenient and straight forward. Near West Side Market, good restaurants, cafes, etc. Easy code entrance. Good parking.

Cons:

Our room was on the second floor, so the creaky thin floor above allowed all to be heard, thus frequently disturbing our sleep. Furnishings are less than elegant, but the bed was lovely.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful. We loved the vintage feel of this place. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on while traveling. The building is just stunning. Check it out for yourself.

Cons:

There are only stairs in this building. No elevators. While I did read this in my booking I just wanted to make sure to include in my review for people that must use elevators. There are lots of stairs.

The owner texted very clear and helpful instructions for my stay.

I stayed in the Damon room - a very comfortable room with en-suite.

The shared lounges and kitchen were clean and well stocked with flatware and cups and cooking utensils. There is a coffee machine with a selection of teas and coffee.

The inn is a short walk to a number of restaurants, cafes and the Great Lakes Brewing Company, as well as a short taxi ride into downtown Cleveland.

Great location in beautiful neighborhood close to shops and restaurants.
Pros:

There is no breakfast, just a communal kitchen. They offer tea and coffee 24 hours a day.
Perfect location to both I71 and I90. Close to the West Side Market, shops and restaurants.
In a beautiful neighborhood very close to downtown Cleveland.
Gated parking in the back of the Inn is a plus.

Cons:

The hot water in the shower takes time to heat up.
