Please note that guests must clean the kitchenette and the dishes before departure.

Guests sleeping on the bunk beds are recommended to be a maximum of 5.2 feet tall. Bunk beds are 63 in x 31 in and are for children only.

When booking from 7 rooms or more than 15 people, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Special conditions and additional costs are to be expected for any reservation of 7 rooms or more. Prepayment in advance. In case of cancelation: Up to 60 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount of the reservation. From 59 to 30 days before check-in, you will be refunded 25% of the total reservation amount. From 29 days before check-in, cancelation will not be refundable. A 50% prepayment will be requested once your reservation is confirmed.

On the evenings of 24/12 and 31/12, the restaurant offers a special New Year's Eve menu.
For half-board or full-board bookings, you will be asked to pay a supplement on site to enjoy this festive meal. Otherwise your dinner will be refunded.
On 12/25 and 01/01, a special brunch will replace breakfast and lunch.

Breakfast and catering services as well as Balneo access will not be available from November 25 to November 28 inclusive.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Parfait pour un séjour au ski. Petit déjeuner copieux.
L'accès au spa est appréciable après le ski même s'il y a beaucoup de monde

Cons:

j'ai réservé un studio car il n'y avait plus de chambre dans la partie hôtel.. du coup pas de ménage pendant le séjour.

Cons:

Appartement sale, exigu pour 6 et surchauffé .
Il manque de portes manteaux, séchoirs pour affaires de ski.
Mal agencé il mériterait d’être remanié avec des équipements plus modernes

PUES HICE LA RESERVA Y EL DIA DEL MASAJE NO HABIA MASAJISTA, PORQUE SE CONFUNDIERON DE DIA EN LA RESERVA. PEDI UNA COMPENSACION Y SU RESPUESTA FUE UN VALE POR DOS BEBIDAS EN EL BAR. PAGUÉ POR EL PARKING, QUE NO TENIA ACCEOS DIRECTO AL HOTEL. Y PARA ENTRAR Y SALIR TENIAS QUE IR A RECEPCION A AVISAR, MUY POCO OPERATIVO, Y NO ME AVISARON DE QUE FUNCIONABA ASI.

Cons:

La habitación está muy desfasada y justa para 4 personas. Necesita actualización. Pocas personas hablan castellano. El restaurante muy bueno.

Déçu par les chambres mais le reste très bien

L’entrée très beau et la piscine aussi

Les chambres, le site est mal fait ce que je pensais avoir réservé n’était pas du tout représentatif de ce que nous avons eu. À cause de cette erreur le personnel a été sympa et nous a changé de chambre. Et je trouvais donc ça cher pour la chambre que nous avions à la base. J’ai vu mieux

Pas de radiateur chauffant ds la salle de bains, pas d'étagère pour poser affaires de toilettes, pas de patère dans la salle de bain. Bref un aménagement succinct et facile à améliorer. Un peu dommage car à la montagne on a bcp de vêtements...

Habitué depuis longtemps à cet hôtel, je constate qu'il a perdu en qualité.
Pros:

Le restaurant. Le personnel aimable et professionnel .
emplacement idéal

Cons:

La chambre. Pas du tout à la hauteur.
Du bricolage d'amateur (salle de bain).
piscine et installation de la balnéo trop froid. Salle de sport gadget.
