Zdecydowanie nie polecam !!!
Podczas naszego trzydniowego pobytu włamano nam się do pokoju i ukradziono nasze rzeczy w tym telefon służbowy. Pracownicy hotelu byli bezczelni i nie pomocni. Manager hotelu nie zainteresował się sprawą, pomimo, że był obecny wtedy w hotelu. Do tej pory nie uzyskaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi że strony hotelu, hotel nie poczuwa się nawet do jednego PRZEPRASZAMY, nie mówiąc o rekompensacie za pobyt.
Trzymaj się z daleka od tego miejsca !!!!!

Jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse.
Pros:

Frukosten var bra. (Den som vill dricka kaffe på morgonen hade säkert uppskattat annat än snabbkaffe). Bra att man får välja om man vill ha English breakfast eller inte och att allt inte står framme.
Läget på hotellet är perfekt med fem minuter till Paddington Station.
Trevlig personal.

Cons:

En krok att hänga jackan på vid dörren hade varit bra.

A Londra non trovi di meno con poco preavviso. Se hai un budget limitato, e ti accontenti va bene

Stanza con finestra sul corridoio... con la paura che vedano dentro la stanza e aprano la finestra se vedono cose da rubare.

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, proche de Hyde Park, dans un environnement calme. Petit déjeuner correct, sous forme de buffet, sur place. Hotel propre. Le personnel est très serviable. Une personne à l'accueil toute la nuit.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être proposé plus tôt le vendredi et le week-end (seulement à partir de 8h).

Great hotel choice, excellent value!
Pros:

Normally stay across the road but as they were full, I found this place, and had a really nice stay. The girl on the reception in the day time who checked us in was really nice and the stay was great. Highly recommend!

Comfortable hotel and incredibly convenient location.
Pros:

Location was perfect, very close to Paddington station which is very well connected. Plenty of services in the immediate area. The rooms were clean for the most part, very helpful staff.

Cons:

Rooms were quite tight, bed mattress was really soft. Bathroom was really small, weak water pressure. Unfortunately, we had one small cockroach in the room...

One of the quiet lodges on hotel row.
Pros:

Staff were all very helpful. At least one staff at front desk 24 hours. Door buzzer for later returns. This hotel has been remodeled from 2 houses. The renovation was done very well with several staircases from top floor to bottom. ELEVATOR is a bonus, though it's casual and cosy with 3. BREAKFAST selection is filling. The women running the downstairs breakfast room are efficient and cheerful. When we said first room was too tight, front desk switched us right away. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Cons:

London is expensive, so why not have peace where you're staying ? The staff works hard to provide convenience.

Posizione eccellente. Vicinissima alle fermate bus e stazione di Paddington. Staff molto gentile e pronto ad accogliere qualsiasi tipo di richiesta.

Cons:

Camere molto piccole tipiche degli hotel di Londra ma molto comode. Aggiungerei solo un vano per appoggiare la valigia.
