Poorly signed
The location and the compound premises. Green environment around.
Breathing after smoke as the door separating smoking area and lounge was open and restrained ..mind you that was a fire exit door.
Breakfast was not available since staff said Chef was not available.

No air-conditioning to hot in the room.
Closed breakfast early and know one told us.
Unfortunately due to no aircon I had to pay for a different hotel. The hotel was lovely apart from that but far too hot making the stay unbearable
Fantastic room, great size and clean. The staff were fantastic also.
Water pressure in the shower was non existent which was a shame after a long day. Had to have a wash rather than a shower.

The lack of air conditioning on an unusually hot night and low water pressure in the shower.
The pillows, whilst plentiful, were far too soft and it felt like they were smothering me. My neck is now quite painful. Lesson learnt. Take your own fan and pillow.
Quiet out the way hotel, modern
No air conditioning, very hot rooms. Only supplied small fan that was very dirty & dusty
TV only had 4 channels(like being in the 80's) so poor room facilities.
All in all the hotel was perfect. The only thing to keep an eye out for is: if you are staying there during heatwave be aware that there is no AC and the fan that is provided in the room doesn't do much cooling

The receiption area and bar was fantastic as were the staff and the food, was really nice, especially the steak, the bar staff went above and beyond, wonderful bunch of lads.
As soon as you went in the lift to the 2nd floor, there were carpets that were ripped and loose, if you were elderly and or had a disability, the risk of tripping was huge. The fire doors in the hallway were like a challenge from the gladiators, you really had to push on them to get them open. The rooms were hot and stuffy, ridiculous in this heat, one small tiny fan, no Aircon or fresh air, I couldn't wait to get out!
