Pros:

Good location for visiting Bletchley Park. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Overpriced and of poor quality. The breakfast was overpriced
Pros:

The members of staff were friendly and always obliging,

Cons:

I did not like the poor quality of the floor covering and the badly fitted doors.
The extractor in the bathroom did not work and neither did the bedside lighting.
The Wifi buffered and the fault reporting system was ineffective.

A great place for a weekend away
Pros:

The friendly staff, great breakfast and clean room, all ready for us when we arrived. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and were looked after by staff. Our young son wanted to stay longer because he enjoyed the breakfast so much.

Cons:

Nothing. A good overnight stay

The perfect place to stay when visiting The Open University etc.
Pros:

Well presented hotel in a useful location with great staff, a good bar and nice food.

Cons:

For some reason the coffee is the worst I’ve ever tasted.
A bit like ground walnut shells flavoured with burnt rubber.

Pros:

Hotel is nice and always clean and comfortable, staff is lovely and helpful always. Great smart TV.

Cons:

Heating doesn't work properly,I always carry a thermostat to show it,you have to ask for something to heat the room, and lamp in the corner blinks and can't be used.
