It was nicely presented and decorated. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

The first thing I would like to highlight is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the very first minute of arrival, everyone is attentive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. Their positive attitude truly makes a difference.
Regarding the location, the hotel is situated slightly outside the city center, but it is excellent for walking and enjoying the surroundings. The city center is easily accessible by bus or car, making transportation very convenient.
Breakfast is served at very convenient hours, from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, which is perfect whether you are traveling for business or leisure.
The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are replaced every day. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
The hotel itself also offers very comfortable spaces for those who need to work. The bar and restaurant are both operating and provide a pleasant atmosphere.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable quiet room and the accommodation was very suitable in terms of location.

The bar area shut somewhat early for a Friday night
No frills in the rooms such as biscuits
Room was cold initially-nobody had turned heating on although we did have a wall heater which we switched on

Nice hotel with large secure carpark
Evening food was terrible. Under cooked. Chicken wings were raw meat. Staff tried to make an argument stating they had probed the meat and it was fine. Well it was not fine, it was raw. Send back and they then brought it back out burnt.
Main meal was fish which again was undercooked and floating with water. I simply did not argue and left it.
Staff returned and asked why i had left it and my comments, were, take the place to someone who is a trained cook and ask them.
Pleased that i did not pay for breakfast.

Hotel room Doors need a clean and carpet lifted in hallways so difficult to pull my suitcase along, no biscuits in room to compliment my morning coffee.
A really lovely hotel. Very welcoming entrance lobby area. Staff are very helpful and our room and bathroom were very clean.
A few extra pillows and some plastic tumblers for the bathroom would have been very useful.
But small things. We were very happy.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Very flat and had to use 4 pillows at once, one on top the other to get a decent sleep.

Good size room, very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Great value for money. Good quality breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Just a couple of minor things that could be improved - no shelf or similar in bathroom to put your bath bag / toiletries on; lighting in my room was a bit dim.
Nice hotel in quiet area good gym and breakfast was very good , the room was nice bed comfortable but the pillows very thin and soft not very good at all.

No bar or room service after 11pm, even on weekend nights. Incredibly poorly fitted/designed shower room, walk in shower tray only 1cm deep and glass wall only protects a small amount of rest of wash/shower room.
