Pros:

The room was not clean and sub standard - the floors were sandy and the furniture old. I also had no hot water.

i was in a room next to housekeepers room they making noise . the room was very small and the bed very old not comfortable at all the micro-oven very old

I don't have a negative thing to say... It was more than I expected. From the great and friendly staff to the awesome room the the amazing quiet and private location with an amazing sea view. I will go back anytime. I just didn't want to leave.

Nice place to stay over when in Richards Bay. Sea view from sundowner bar and peaceful location. The cabin had everything needed, especially an air conditioner but if you can not sleep with too much light in the room the outside light can be a problem. This is a very good thing for security but there should be the choice to darken the rooms with blackout curtains if you like a dark room at night.

Wonderful place during the week
Pros:

For most of our stay it felt like we had paradise to ourselves - sitting on the Sundowner deck at sunrise with a first cup of coffee; listening to the frogs and watching the birds in the pond next to the restaurant, enjoying the 'lagoon' pool all by ourselves, BUT the traffic to the Sundowner over the weekends and the thumping music that could be heard at our cottage detracted from the overall experience. AND WiFi was critical for both my guest and me, and it was highly unreliable and disappointing.
