Pros:

Ottima disponibilità nell’ovviare ad una incresciosa situazione il primo giorno. Un wc decisamente non pulito e l’impossibilità di regolare né di spegnere una fastidiosa aria condizionata. Il secondo giorno e per il resto della settimana di permanenza up-grade di livello di camera senza alcun supplemento.

Habían habitaciones limpias pero no querían darme el check in antes de las 16 horas ,preferían cobrarme un early check in el mismo día de llegada

Dårlig at ikke frokost er med i prisen. Å når det er blitt gjort en feil så retter de ikke opp. Det oppleves som for dår

Cons:

Bestilte m frokost og det har «forsvunnet» underveis i bestillingen så d måtte æ sende mail å be de legge inn på nytt og da var det plutselig ikke med i prisen.
Å det er ikke første gang det skjer. For ett rot og dårlig service.
