Slechte reiniging kamer: lavabo nooit gepoetst. Op zes nachten geen verse handdoeken gekregen. Na 4 nachten eens gevraagd wat we moesten doen om verse handdoeken te krijgen; zou om de 3 nachten ververst worden, zei men. Voor volgende dag werden verse beloofd, nooit gezien. Vuile glazen werden niet vervangen, zelf in de bar om verse glazen moeten vragen. Oploskoffie niet bijgevuld...
