hôtel idéalement situé, très confortable et à prix raisonnable
Pros:

emplacement idéal en centre ville
chambre spacieuse et confortable, climatisée, avec un coin salon
personnel agréable
petit déjeuner super complet, avec de tout, un choix gigantesque

Cons:

la douche qui n'a pas de joint en bas et donc on a tendance à inonder la salle de bain
il n'y a pas de téléphone dans les chambres donc on ne peut pas appeler la réception de sa chambre

Wir kommen leider nicht wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die Zimmer sauber, groß genug (17m*),ruhig und man konnte das Fenster öffnen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch ok.

Cons:

Es war kein 4 Sterne Hotel und viel zu teuer dafür. Die Lobby ungepflegt, so sah sie zumindest aus. Ich hätte mich niemals dort hingesetzt und etwas getrunken. Ungemütlich! Der Frühstücksraum kühl und nichtssagend. Das Zimmer ging, es hingen 3 Bilder an der Wand ( deshalb und wegen der oben genannten Vorteile habe ich das Hotel gebucht ), es fehlte der von Booking.com angesagte Schrank ( es gab nur wenige Zimmer mit Schrank, die alle ausgebucht waren), keine Ablagen und im Bad keine Duschvorlage, keine Kleenex und keine Badutensilien wie Duschhaube, Q-Tips und Pads, die es sonst in jedem 4 Sterne Hotel gibt. Die Atmosphäre „gesichtslos“. Schade!

Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, große Auswahl

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage war extrem eng, also für große Fahrzeuge nur zum Parken und Stehenlassen.
Leider war die Sauberkeit zu unserer Zeit eine Katastrophe, die dann nach drei Tagen beseitigt wurde.

Fenster nicht zu öffnen
Extrem enges Parkhaus, am Terminal Hinweis auf Hilfe beim parken
Daneben ein Club der dauernd die Tür öffnet und dann ist es extrem laut

Alt bra,god frokost og perfekt beliggenhet.
Pros:

Vi bruker alltid dette hotellet når vi er i Oslo,bra rom,meget bra beliggenhet og meget bra frokost.

Cons:

Har ingenting jeg misliker her.Eneste jeg kan ‘klage’på er at denne gangen var putene ikke noe å skryte av,dårlig kvalitet i form av lite fyll inni.
