We had an amazing stay, this hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour,but handy for everywhere within the city
Pros:

Central location, handy for all parts of the city and public transport, no outside noise. Staff were helpful and friendly, room comfortable and very clean. Fabulous breakfast

Ikke så mye plass, sengen var stor og sengetøyet rent,
✘ men da det ble satt inn en ekstraseng til sønnen min, ble det svært lite plass igjen i rommet, og det var ubehagelig trangt. Var så sliten så ville bare slapper av.

Jeg ønsker å uttrykke min skuffelse over oppholdet mitt knyttet til bookingnummer 6817725165, som jeg bestilte for tre uker siden gjennom Booking.com.

Jeg valgte hotellet fordi det lå nær stedet hvor sønnen min skulle på audition. Prisen for rommet var først rundt 1235 NOK, men da jeg la til sønnen min som barn (14 år), steg prisen umiddelbart til 1656 NOK, noe jeg godtok og trodde var i orden.

Til min overraskelse ble jeg ved innsjekk informert av resepsjonisten om at rommet kun var bestilt for to voksne , og jeg ble nødt til å betale ytterligere 200 NOK for at mitt barn skulle kunne overnatte – til tross for at jeg hadde lagt ham til i bestillingen. Dette opplevde jeg som svært frustrerende og urettferdig.

I tillegg ble jeg skuffet over følgende:

– Tilgang til rommet først fra kl. 16.00 og utsjekk allerede kl. 11.00,
– Ingen spesiell standard eller komfort som skulle tilsi så høy pris,
– Ekstra kostnad for parkering: 525 NOK per døgn.

Totalt betalte jeg nesten 2400 NOK for ett døgn, noe jeg mener er urimelig høyt for et vanlig opphold – og spesielt med slike overraskende tilleggskostnader.

Jeg ønsker en forklaring på dette, og ber om vurdering av delvis refusjon for oppholdet.

Decent place to use as a base to explore Oslo
Pros:

Wonderfully situated in the heart of Oslo. The room was a comfortable and warm base for us to explore Oslo in the winter. We really appreciated the ability to fully open the window so that the room wasn't too hot for us to feel comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The inclusion of a little fridge was wonderful, so we had somewhere to store our brunost slices!

Cons:

The room had a couple quite unacceptable cleanliness issues; hairs on the bed, stained bedsheets, and dirty windows that got our clothes dirty when we hung them up. The shower was a bit annoying and often risked flooding the bathroom, because there was no split-levelling to keep the water contained. The room could've been bigger, although it was sufficient. Gym facilities were somewhat lacking.
