Pros:

The location of the hotel is beautiful. Reception/bar area, beautiful

Cons:

The rooms are extremely dated. We stayed in room 157, bathroom awful, furnishings and carpets need a damn good clean or putting on the skip

Liked the pool

Cons:

Hadn't realised that you have to pay extra each time you use the pool.
Then outside if the hotel (car park etc) looked tatty and didn't give a good first impression. But the inside of the hotel was ok, looking tired in places and bar floor was sticky.

Not too bad
Pros:

It was beautiful looking on the inside

Cons:

Rooms were dusty, to the point where my husband brushed his finger against the bedside table and there was a handful of dust. Back of the bed the headboard was dusty. Mattress very squeaky, gave me a bad back. No air con but there is fans but they were dusty.

Pros:

hotel was easy to get to

Cons:

seemed to be a low number of staff and none of them seemed overly bothered. the hotel is very dated and not particually clean.

No great and needs a dam good up date ..... n new beds
Pros:

Altho the welcome was good, rooms need up dating.... bed so uncomfortable didn't get much sleep, everything I moved i thought the bed was going to collapse. Door didn't fill the gaps so had lights from hall way shineing through all night.

Fab hotel, near all conurbations of the motorways, M5,M42,M40 .
Pros:

It’s a great hotel,we have stayed there several times. The staff are brilliant,very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I love swimming and as I am getting older and unsteady on my legs I find the difference in the levels/slopes of the floor of the pool too frightening for me especially as there are no grab handles around the edge of the pool.

Worst place ever, will not be back
Pros:

Staff were pleasant. Very few of them but they did their best with what they had

Cons:

Rooms, grubby, every single cup and glass you took up were dirty, breakfast was swimming in grease. The costa coffee barista bar was ill managed, constantly waiting for service, then you couldnt drink the coffee too strong too sweet etc. Bar had similar service. One staff, constantly waiting for them to finish other tasks, serve food etc.
Children were permitted to run aroun the hotel at night time in their pyjamas, roaring and screaming. Staff are so scarce and over worked, you feel bad asking them for anything. Also, vending machines didnt work. Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Needs a complete overhaul or just knock it
