Nice breakfast
Good location
Good sized rooms
Rooms were not clean at all
Staff took 20 minutes at the bar before serving - we gave up waiting once
Pool
Layout in room. Put bed so can see tv TV on. Put bathroom door on other way so can close it without having to step over the loo.
A good hotel, but my room the toilet flush did not work and the soap dispenser fell off the wall.
Jordie on the front desk was what a receptionist should be, attentitive, knowledgable, funny and was able to help me.
All in all a good stay.
Toilet not working
Soap dispenser fell off the wall
It was our second time there everything was lovely.
Only the some of the staff were horrible.
Need more customer service training
Nothing
Feaces stains all over the carpet ants all over the bathroom and the only reason I stayed there was to relax and have a sauna and steam room and both were out of order not happy at all and I’m still waiting for management to call me 😤
Didn't eat breakfast
Nothing
Very old style.
Location
The staff at the hotel were very miserable, our rooms smelt bad of damp we were giving a lousy fan in the peak of summer during a heatwave to keep us cool, the shower had hair in the drain plug, very dirty. Also they advertise the swimming pool but you have to pay extra, breakfast was awful over all definitely avoid.

Location was great, right by the M5
This hotel is very dated, I get the impression it used to be a nice upmarket place but hasn't aged well. It is priced quite high for what you get. The staff were not particularly welcoming, I would almost go as far to say the person on reception was rude. The room decor is out-dated with damage and there is mould in the bathroom. My sheets had stains and the plug sockets aren't positioned well. I went to the bar where they had no soft drinks on draught, I was offered lemonade which was in an open jug.. I ended up heading to the petrol station down the road!
