Beds were noisy when moving and the flush was not working

Windows that open. 2 fans. Plenty of storage handy bar and restaurant. Swimming pool only £4 each, although did not use. Free parking.
Tired bathroom and odd set up with carpeted sink area - yuk. We had food from bar area. Sandwiches fab but hot food very disappointing Luke warm chips and fish fingers. Not badly priced though.
Very spacious rooms and a massive television
On arrival I was in the middle of two coach trips and the manager/ woman on reception with red hair had a absolutely stinking attitude towards me because I would not let her serve everyone off the bus first, I tried to explain to her I had driven 3 hours with 2 young children . It was not acceptable, I also seen her talk down to a few members of staff at our stay

The evening meal was a bit limited and bland
Rooms had 2 double beds and plenty of room

We are dinner which was good and bar staff friendly
Had booked breakfast which we had to get a refund due to a large coach party taking all tables.. We didn't have time to wait unfortunately. Wasn't advised on arrival regarding breakfast being very busy
Coffee machine in bedroom was leaking water and dangerous. Unable to use it
Rooms are a bit dated. Could di with a refresh and better mattress as not that comfortable sleepi

Hotel looks old fashioned.
The hotel and rooms need some renovations. Hotel was probably very nice in the past. We didn’t like to pay for GYM and pool area extra.
Close enough to motorway so easy to find.

The men’s toilet was flooded and myself
And 3 others mentioned it and nothing safety wise done or it wasn’t closed for over a hour.
The flush in the room also poor had to do at least twice to flush.
