Location
The lady who checked me in was lovely- very friendly, an asset to the hotel
Bed not very comfortable. Carpets covered in hair and dirty. Bathroom dirty.
Relaxed atmosphere
No rail or hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes, told it would be fixed but after 3 days stay , still wasn’t fixed. Food was ok but nothing to excite my palette.
het personeel vriendelijk
kamers, tijd voor renovatie
Upgraded to an Executive Room because booked standard room smelled of dogs or similar.
Most staff are very friendly and helpful.
Practical location.
First room smelled of dogs, was dirty, badly repaired fittings, inadequate lighting, dismal decoration, poorly maintained. and needed a complete refurbishment. Bar staff were unfriendly at beginning of first night - but OK afterwards. Executive Room was OK but main bed faced window, not TV. Bathrrom was awful: too small, very tired and needed refurbishing. Poor value for money.
Nothing. Everything was very run down , even the entrance lobby that was refurbed was cheap quality
Everything was very run down , even the entrance lobby that was refurbed was cheap quality and not comfortable. We were upgraded to an executive suite but it was not nice and apart from the carpets being changed and a big flat screen tv it had not been refurbed. There was a a brown feature walk with lots of poly filler holes in the bathroom had cracked tile very roughly filled with sealant. We paid for dinner b&b and the food was poor quality and deep fried abd served with no finesse. The breakfast had no fresh fruit and limited choice. Everything was clean but basic. Very disappointing.
Everything was perfect,
