Superb value for money hotel
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic staff. Asked about a quiet area and offered an upgrade. Lovely hotel, superb value for money. Didn't use the restaurant or pool but both looked lovely. Loads of parking. Lovely big room.

Cons:

Carpet by sink a little tired but clean. Didn't affect the stay at all.

Convenient location but very unhappy you now charge for parking

Location & large, clean room.

Cons:

You now charge for parking 🤬🤬🤬this is just money grabbing as we used to live down the road & used the hotel & its facilities regularly. We moved to Cornwall & 2 years later you are charging for parking - why???!!

The TV was at right angles to the bed & was unable to be tilted.

Comfortable and handy location, probably not the best value around.
Pros:

Location was handy for our needs, layout of hotel was good, room was a good size, we appreciated a downstairs room because of mobility issues. Bed was comfortable. Considering the location, it was quiet at night.

Cons:

Having to pay extra for breakfast was not good. It makes you want to take advantage and eat a lot of what is offered, when really all you want is a light bite to start the day. Not justifiable really, considering any decent bed and breakfast establishment would cost the same or less than the room only price here. Lunch and evening meal prices were reasonable, and most dishes were good, especially the desserts, but the mushroom soup was not - really gloopy.

Pros:

The receptionist was really helpful and had a warm manner. Although I couldn't check in early, which was absolutely fine, she was helpful with my questions.

Cons:

My bathroom leaked - ie the toilet in the night created a flood

Good amenities with kettle, fridge, iron ect
Very good size room
Restaurant looked nice although we did not eat there.
It was good value for money

Cons:

Had issues with the key cards not working so I had to keep going back to reception.
The pillows were very firm and uncomfortable.
Pool was out of use during our stay.
The room could have been cleaner, cobwebs hanging from lighting.

Restauracja na miejscu, bar w ktorym mozna rowniez zamowic posilek, piekne zaplacze gdzie mozna odpoczac po calym dniu, basen,sauna , silownia, itd., latwy dojazd.
Fajne miejsce na 2 noce.

Cons:

Zarezerwowalam 2 pokoje exclusive , brakowalo w nich podstawowych rzeczy, to znaczy w jednym pokoju to mialam w drugim nie np. Pantofle, kosmetyki, ciasteczka, kawa, najbardz uciazliwe bylo brak wieszakow w szafie lub cod w zastepstwie.
Basen w sobote i niedziele mogl by byc dluzej otwarty.
Dodatkowa cena za basen.
