Great value for the money
Pros:

Staff where great. Easy to find. Spa was fabulous. Room clean and tidy, pillows very comfy, bathroom a little tired as was one of the beds. Steak dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. Overall great value for the price of the stay

Cons:

Bathroom door opened inwards into the loo ran my big toe over with it on my way out. Bed was a bit old and creaky

Very good value for money, great access to and from the motorway.
Pros:

I liked the fact that it was close to the motorway, very clean and staff were very helpful

Young girl on the front desk quite blunt and not welcoming at all found her quote rude if I’m honest rest of staff very friendly. Mattress was quite hard would say they need updating.

Superb convenient location, and overall a nice hotel, but early closing pool let it down.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, bed was made really well and the towels were big and fluffy. Breakfast was a buffet, which is always a bonus, and the food was nicely cooked, with plenty of choice for everyone. The hotel seems popular with coach parties so breakfast can either be quiet or exceptionally busy at the drop of a hat.

Cons:

Bed, I found to be a little uncomfortable, but that is somewhat subjective to personal tastes. There is a distinct lack of plugs near the bedside table, and had to pull the bed out to unplug a lamp to get one.
When I book accommodation I always make sure there is a pool as I like a swim after driving. It is not made clear that the last entry to the pool on a Sunday is 4.30 with the pool closing at 5pm. Check in from 3pm, and no warning the pool closes early (compared to everywhere else I have stayed) left me feeling quite disappointed. I think, next time I will have to try the Holiday Inn up the road where the facilities stay open to a reasonable time.
