Photos were better than the actual hotel.
Location was poor
Jacuzzi was occupied by same people for whole time so couldn't use it which was an hour.

On arrival a man was shouting and swearing
Woke up by people above shouting and swearing.

Hotel very dated, we paid for our room before we arrived, when we arrived after travelling 6 hours we were told by the manager that we had not paid and would have to pay for the room again if we wanted to stay.... The manger was not very helpful and told us we would have to wait 6 days for a refund from Britannias head office. {refund was received 5 days later with no correspondance from the Hotel}.....
Thank goodness we were only staying for one night...
A lovely hotel, very clean, most staff very friendly , helpful and interacted with a children.
Very noisy during late evening/night, doors slamming, people screaming and running up and down corridors.
Bar menu - children’s pasta meal, states penne, spaghetti given and very small portion given, only maybe five bits of spaghetti given, we were told that’s the correct portion size, daughter was still hungry, nuggets and chips and pizza and chips better value for money.
Was sent wrong invoice with other customer full details by error.
Breakfast was ok, first hotel I’ve been too where no pastries were available.

Hotel was fine
I wasnt told that the restaurant had closed for dinner and breakfast. I had to have a very sub-standard bar snack. Also the bar was closed at 10pm on a Saturday night because it was quiet and it was one of the bar staff's birthday. If he didnt want to wotk surely he should take the day off !
