The ONLY good thing about this shit hole was the location.

Cons:

EVERYTHING.
Firstly - the room smells. The walls are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - a mix of damp + stains, impossible to believe that I paid £136 for that.
The carpet I can't even describe how filthy, dirty and smelly it was, covered in stains and feels like no one EVER vacuumed that. I didn't even let my dog sit on the floor because any human with any cleaning standards would be disgusted by that.
The bed was old with the most awkward design which made me hit my head 2x.
The noise was also ridiculous, people talking/laughing until late at the night and laughing/arguing/screaming at 7am ON A SUNDAY. Not sure if they were guests or residents, but they have no sense of respect and manners.
I woke up with a sore head and blocked nose because of the air conditioning - probably the nasty disgusting filter that hasn't been changed since 1980.
The whole experience was horrible and an absolute joke.
I don't tend to write reviews and I believe I'm a reasonable person, but for £136 for THAT is a scam.

Cons:

Schlechte bzw. ungenügende Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Keine Leselampe. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit außer dem Schreibtischsessel. Wegen der Mausefalle auf dem Balkon habe ich nicht gewagt, die Tür zum Lüften zu öffnen.

Ottima posizione e comfort, con qualche aspetto migliorabile
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per chi deve raggiungere gli edifici europei, come ad esempio il Charlemagne Building, trovandosi a soli 5/10 minuti a piedi.
Il letto era molto comodo, così come il cuscino.
Camera molto ampia, dotata di scrivania, sedia in pelle e angolo cottura con bancone.
La cucina era completa di tutto, dal piano a induzione alla lavastoviglie.
Comoda anche la cabina armadio.
Bagno di dimensioni adeguate, dotato di vasca.
Proprio davanti alla struttura è presente il capolinea della linea bus 60, ove i pullman stazionano per qualche minuto, prima di ripartire.
Presente anche una grande area verde con un piccolo parco giochi per bambini, una fontana e un "laghetto".

Cons:

La colazione era essenziale; mi sarei aspettato un maggiore assortimento di prodotti.
Il balcone esterno è condiviso e collegato con le altre camere: in assenza di tende completamente abbassate, si ha una piena visibilità reciproca tra le stanze, con possibili criticità sotto il profilo della privacy.
Eccessivo il sovrapprezzo richiesto per l’ingresso anticipato.
Presente una sola presa di corrente in prossimità del letto, peraltro occupata dalla lampada del comodino.

Cons:

Booking con una mail mi ha proposto vari servizi extra. Mi ero prenotato per il rassetto della stanza (rifacimentodel letto e pulizia giornaliera) ma evidentemente la richiesta non è stata recepita (nemmmeno pagata, comunque)
