Idealer Standort im Europaquartier
Pros:

Appartment 51 ist sehr geräumig mit komfortablen Einzelbetten, grossem Fernseher, angenehmen Esstisch (für 4+ Personen, was Sinn macht, wenn man Zimmer 52 dazu nimmt (Verbindungstür)). Küche hat Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und einiges an (Koch- + normales) Geschirr. Gefiltertes Wasser und ggf. mit Sprudel direkt nebenan (ok, es hat nur einen Spender im Haus und der ist eben auch im 5. Stock :-) ). Die Lage am Park ist hervorragend, Haltestelle der Linie 12 vom Flugplatz ist weniger als 200 m entfernt, Metro Schuman ebenfalls. Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants in weniger als 200m. Es hat einen Balkon, den man mit anderen Zimmern teilt. Zugang mit Code und Schlüsselkarte im Safe funktioniert hervorragend; Aufruf der Website des Gastgebers nach Erhalt der Bestätigung empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Die Raucherecke des Balkons ist direkt vor dem Appartment 51 (aber wir hatten keine Raucher, als wir im Raum waren). Die Verdunklung der Fenster ist nur ein Rollo, also entweder Sicht von aussen oder dunkel drinnen. Gutes Licht hat es nur im Bad und im Küchenbereich; im Wohnbereich ist es bei Licht höchstens romantisch schummerig. Der Safe ist nicht notebook-tauglich; und er ist auf Höhe Fussboden. Es gibt keine Pfanne in der Küche, nur Töpfe. Insofern wäre eine Modernisierung/Renovierung nicht schlecht, aber man fühlt sich auch so für länger wohl (6 Nächte).

Nous étions quatre adultes et le logement comportait que deux chaises style tabouret de bar, bien insuffisant pour partager des repas à 4 personnes. Le canapé lit est un peu fatigué.

Pros:

La verdad que el apartamento era al como lo describían, la cama era cómoda y estaba limpio y la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. La ubicación también la encontramos buena, en 20 minutos o paseando 30 quizás ya estabas en el centro. Si viajas con mascotas es ideal porque justo debajo del hotel hay un parque grande y siempre había más personas con perros paseando.

Como detalle quiero destacar que el personal del hotel estuvo a la altura y mantuvo muy buena actitud ante un pequeño accidente que tuvimos con nuestra perra. Estaba algo estresada tras nuestro viaje y se le escapó el pis en la recepción cuando estábamos recogiendo las llaves, pero como digo se portaron genial.
También destacar que si eres español el dueño del hotel habla español.

Cons:

La habitación tenía una máquina de café y no nos gustó que solo te dejan capsulas de café para 1 día si te quedas más lo debes pagar aparte, pero bueno tampoco es algo tan malo. Te cobran 2e por cada capsula extra.
Otro pequeño detalle es que anuncian que el jabón y gel de ducha son de ritual pero no es así.
El sofá no era muy grande al igual que la televisión no era Smart Tv, por lo que solo podíamos ver canales locales. Y en general si nos resultó que el mobiliario/decoración eran bastante antiguo.
