Pros:

The apartment was great! It was not only clean and safe, but also beautifully decorated, cozy, and located in a very lovely, well-maintained neighborhood.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that it can get quite noisy at night because of the buses passing right underneath the apartment. This was mostly an issue because the AC wasn't working, so we had to keep the windows open due to the heat. However, overall we still had a great stay.

Mon séjour fut fort agréable, plaisant et reposant !

J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement, la propreté et le caractère vraiment spacieux et de parfaite qualité du logement! J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme du logement et du quartier ainsi que le fait d'avoir un extérieur permettant de prendre une bonne bouchée d'air frais par cette chaleur estivale !!

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié dans ce logement à vrai dire donc je n'ai pas de point spécifique à faire remonter pour le coup !
Honnêtement tout était vraiment très bien sur ce logement ! :)

Bien placé. Le quartier est calme. L’appartement est propre et confortable.

Zum schlafen okay, für mehr nicht
Pros:

Man hatte eine gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt von Brüssel. Außerdem war der Park vor dem Hotel richitg schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr altmodisch und hat sich super doll aufgeheizt. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator der es nicht geschafft hat die Wärme aus dem Raum zu bekommen. Das Schlafsofa war leider auch nicht wirklich bequem.

Conveniently located close to the city centre and EU institutions

Cons:

Lowest value-for-money I have ever seen. The room is extremely basic, in strong need of refurbishment. No well-functioning AC - the forced air system was blowing mainly warm air. All of this would have been acceptable maybe for a third of the price paid - even factoring in the location.
