Pros:

Está muy bien situado. La habitación era amplia y el baño también, con bañera y secador. No hacía frío y la cama era cómoda.
Había armarios y cajoneras.
Tele también.
Conexión maravillosa con buses, perfecto para ir y volver del aeropuerto, super fácil!

Cons:

No vimos a nadie en recepción hasta el día del check out; nos dieron instrucciones para entrar por correo y nos dejaron la llave en un buzón. Insistían bastante en hacer el check in on line, pero considero que tengo que tener la oportunidad de hacerlo cuando llegue si quiero... Más si la habitación está pagada de antemano.
Nuestra habitación no sé corresponde con un apartahotel; no había equipación propia, solo una mesa baja y una silla, metimos otra silla de la terraza para poder sentarnos a comer y había poco espacio en la mesa. No hay frigorífico, así que sacaba los productos refrigerados a la terraza.
La habitación no sé hizo en ningún momento; ni cama ni limpieza en las tres noches que me aloje.

L’emplacement et c’est tout

Cons:

La chambre etait dans un etat deplorable, tapisseries vieillottes et arrachées ou brûlée, mobilier extrêmement inconfortable, chambre très peu insonorisée et qui font sentir en insécurité ( toutes les chambres du couloir sont communicantes par une porte simplement fermée à clé), et les rideaux littéralement inutiles car le jour passe sur le coté, et bien sur la terrasse commune à tous les appartements où tout le monde peut rentrer et voir chez tout le monde …

Convenient place in the EU Quartier
Pros:

Big apartment with a nice balcony.
The shape of the apartment was a bit strange, with a WC near entrace door separated by the other bathroom with shower at a very different place. The bedroom was a bit small, even if the other room was much bigger.

Cons:

The cleaning could be better performed, especially carpets.
I was shocked to receive in the morning a message (in French) about throwing things from the balcony and a cancelling of our stay in the hotel. After checking with the reception, I was informed it was a general message sent to all apartments with a balcony. But the stress caused by such messages was important and I fully recommend to the management of the hotel to not send such general scary messages to those guests who are using their apartments as needed.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Great room (might have been lucky), was a bit empty-clinical, but had windows to two sides, on a blue sky, sunrise woke me up - perfect. Staff very nice, breakfast good and well above average including self-boiled egg. ery close to Schumann and thus, if one deals with the European Commission, perfectly located.

Pros:

Localisation top près du parc du Cinquantenaire et face au square Ambiorix. Appart correctement équipé et assez grand , ascenceur, savons serviettes OK

Cons:

Meriterait un raffraichissement, moquette !!! deux nuitées achetées mais une dose de café "offerte". Il faut acheter la dose du lendemain. Dommage ce sont des économies qui impactent grandement l'image et l'accueil
