Pros:

Equipe carinhosa e solícita. Quarto muito confortável, tudo funciona. Boa limpeza. Silencioso. Comodidades de excelente qualidade.

The apartment looks much better in the pictures
Pros:

First the location, as the apartments are 5 min walking distance from the EU buildings.
I also liked the staff which were always smiling and kind.

Cons:

The apartment looks much better in the pictures, hence it is misleading. It is very old and it was never refurbished. The hot water takes a while to arrive and the bath has a horrible tent instead of a glass. The bed is very poor, the mattress is uncomfortable. It is a wall bed, and I don't think this was mentioned in the ad.
Lots of noise from the upstairs rooms and from the air conditioning.
The coffee machine was supposed to be in the room but it wasn't.

Will be back for meetings because I liked my stay there.
Pros:

These apartments are beautiful and clean. I am also impressed by the reception service. Very nice staff there.

Cons:

I haven’t received the deposit back and I don’t know when I will receive it. It should be transfered immediately.

Pros:

Quarto amplo, confortável. Cama excelente, ar condicionado muito eficiente. Limpeza excelente (melhorou muito em relação às primeiras vezes). Acesso a máquina de lavar.

Cons:

Pela segunda vez não recebi o código de acesso ao local e estava entrando em final de semana, quando a recepção não funciona. Desta vez esqueci de conferir, mandei mensagens e não houve resposta. Precisei ligar para o número de emergência. No dia seguinte foi dado explicação que o erro foi do Booking, mas não acredito que o booking gere código de acesso.
Colocar tapete anti derrapante na banheira.

Very convenient, I would have expected a bit more quality.

The location was very convenient and safe. Easy coming in and out, although I was a bit confused on how to get the keys at the beginning. Good value for money.

Cons:

The room was a bit 'tired' - carpet stain, old furniture, etc. Also, not iron and iron board.
