Cons:

The staff are in need of some training,bar staff were being covered by waiters that didn’t know where to find the correct glasses nor the correct wine.
Maintenance was promptly provided for a leaking toilet

Clean comfortable room, having the option when booking to be half board made our stay easier.

Lovely pub next door.

Cons:

Staff didn't understand what we had booked.

No knowledge of half board or the price cap on meals within being half board.

Evening meal was lovely, breakfast was OK, small selection.

Restful and Relaxing Four nights away
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was any trouble for them.
They were able to swop my room as having trouble with my knees and use a stick, I could not get into a bath to use the shower. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bar was well stocked with plenty of beer brands and spirits. Ideally situated was the beach and sea a 10minute walk away. Shops a short walk away as well.

Cons:

The bedrooms and bathrooms needed to be refurbished, they were looking well worn.

Understand there was a race meeting on that weekend but £756 for 2 night stay was too expensive

Cons:

Breakfast poor, coffee machine not up to scratch. Poor jam & marmalade offerings

It was more than adequate for the one night that we stayed.
Pros:

We liked the large room and the fact that the property has lifts to its upper floors. It was also good to have onsite parking. We were lucky to have a room that overlooked the sea.

Cons:

The decor especially on the ground floor is tired.
