3 of the rooms showers didn't work for the duration of the stay. Decision was made to leave early due to the problems with the facilities. We had to make another booking in a different hotel.
The room was decent size with a good size bed and was very comfy unit
Honestly was ideal only thing id say is annoying but not having a plug socket near the bed to charge your phone as its far away i cant hear the alarm go off
Booking in with a very helpful receptionist. An excellent meal in the bar with friends in the evening. A superb breakfast and a lovely, helpful lady who was on duty in the restaurant.
For my visit- Nothing.
Stayed several times and always happy with our stay,welcoming friendly staff,very comfortable bed and lovely room,requested a room wheelchair friendly and the room was on ground floor and walk in shower,look forward to next visit.
I think for me personally I didn't enjoy the cooked breakfast which was a shame,there was plenty alternatives which was lovely

The shower was terrible. As was the Wi-Fi

Wi fi really poor connection and speeds unable to do any work from hotel. And poor mobile signal for any Internet.
The bed was comfy and the pillows. The bathroom was spacious and bath ran fast for bath within minutes! The room was tidy. Brewing facilities (just about) didn’t hear anyone else in other rooms even though there was a birthday event in a main room we heard nothing.
Unfortunately room 899 we had a doggy radiator (it just needed bleeding) but the trickling water noise was really loud we had to turn off our radiator even though we was cold because it wouldn’t heat properly. Also the room had a broke plug socket so there was only a spare socket and no bedside sockets. We had a valex window which I had to get my partner to open and close because I couldn’t reach. Windows were dirty so couldn’t take advantage of the view. Only 4 sugars for brews for 2x people for 1 night stay. No small fridge this is a must really.
