The best afternoon tea experience
Pros:

Me and my partner went for afternoon tea at Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy.. the food and drinks that were served to our table were cute and amazing. The leader that served does called Eileen gave us the best experience we could have asked for and she was so polite.. we have told our friends and family about this place and the service that we was given and we will definitely be visiting this amazing hotel to be greeted once again by the friendless staff. Thank you so much from Kyle and Carly.

Pros:

Stayed here as a stopover on a visit to our son in Edinburgh. All the staff were very good but have to make a special mention of Irene working in the bar her customer service was excellent.

Pros:

The paid breakfast was substantial, and other meals were good. Just one night while travelling. WE had the dining room to ourselves, and a plus as we could watch the FIFA match between USA and Australia!

Cons:

The room was a little stuffy, no air-con, as we travelled over the summer, otherwise it was comfy.

The right place the right environment
Pros:

Hi I popped in to the hotel to do some work and was looked after by Irene who can't do enough for you she is a true asset for the business
