Décevant.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct. A 20mn de la gare quand même. On allait à Venise. Il premier jour il a fallu prendre un taxi après avoir visité le centre de VERONE. Épuisé.

Cons:

L'accueil très décevant. On a voulu dès notre arrivés une chambre pour une nuit de plus. On en a plus c'est complet. Après insistance il nous dise on peut vous en avoir une mais faudra changer de chambre. Quand on a regardé le lendemain sur booking il y avait des chambres dispo.on leur a signalé. Au final changement de chambre plus chère alors qu'elle était la même que la veille.

Bom custo benefício e muito conforto. O centro histórico fica a 15 minutos de carro.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was convenient, only about 4 minutes by bus from the main train station and around 10 minutes by bus from Verona’s historic city center. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

The room did not look exactly like the photos. In the pictures, the room appeared modern and colorful, but the room we received felt less modern. Also, the bed was quite noisy and made a sound with almost every movement.

Great place to base yourself in Verona, just not 4 star quality

Good facilities, comfortable bed, free parking and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Not sure it merits 4 stars as a hotel due to how outdated some of the decor is and the basic nature of the service. That being said it is a perfect place to access Verona from

Very enjoyable stay and i would stay there again
Pros:

Room was large with a balcony BIG double Bed and Modern bathroom shower looked new, Breakfast was Super wide choice with staff always replacing food when empty.
Location 10mins to Arena by bus 2 euro, or 10/12euros by taxi.
Staff were helpful and always available

Cons:

Maybe a bit of soundproofing or better manners from some of the guests

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Zwischenstopp in Verona. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis von rund 80 € ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beim nächsten Besuch in Verona kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Superior Zimmer mit Balkon ist super.
Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.
Frühstück sehr gut.
Lage super: Bushaltestelle in direkter Nähe; Supermarkt sozusagen um die Ecke.

Cons:

Schön wären Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon.
Möglichkeit schaffen, Kleinigkeiten (Snacks/Getränke) außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Bar, zu kaufen.
Evtl. eine Kaffeemaschine mit richtigen Bohnen und keine Nescafekapseln (Passt nicht zum Nachhaltigkeitsdenken des Hotels).
