Nice, clean hotel for the price with good customer service.
Pros:

The breakfast was a step above the familiar buffet, but it all tasted good and was hot and fresh. The rooms, hallways, and elevator all smelled nice, more than just clean. There were snacks for sale in the front lobby and included some healthy options.

Cons:

There weren't any king beds available. The location is near Hwy 17, but not easy to reach and really confused my GPS.

Great location and value.
Pros:

The location was great. Easy to get around walking ir by car. Parking was free. Great access to the los Gatos trail.
The breakfast was good . It offered a nice variety for all guests. The fact that it was the same everyday though would become boring if you planned a long stay.
The suite was comfortable , quiet and spacious.

Pros:

We appreciated the responsive and welcoming the staff! The room was quiet and just the right size. During our two week stay, we made good use of the laundry room and the walking trails and the pleasant shops and resaurants in downtown Campbell.

Pros:

Newly remodeled, very clean and modern, room is good sized with cooking equipment, the area is nice and a lot of shopping and restaurants in a short distance. Definitely will stay again if in the area.

Pros:

I was staying because I had a medical procedure at a nearby facility and knew I'd benefit from having a room with a small kitchenette that would allow me to do what I needed to very early in the AM, since restaurants and stores would be closed.

But I also liked the availability of drawers and closet space that let me organize what I needed to for the procedure, before my appointment and afterwards.

I would stay there again should I need to be in the area for a future happening, whether that's a concert, game, or other event happening in the South Bay area.
