Key elements with any stay is customer service, the way you are greeted and treated and this was second to none. The fact that the staff took it to extend Birthday wishes on checking in and have a mini birthday cake in the room on arrival was a nice touch. Location and ease of getting to the location. I drove and you can pull up at the front door, and your car is taken care of, if you opt to travel by train it is a short stroll from Perth Underground. Facilities were really nice and it was a shame that due to my planned activities during the stay, I wasn't able to experience more of what they had to offer.

Location so easy to access transport resaurants .. and outdoor pool
Staff nice easy to talk to great 👍 view nice food
Could of been cleaner
The Hotel is affordable, clean with pleasant staff.
The Hilton is an old hotel - it's age is starting to show. If you are expecting a 5 Star Hotel experience you will be sadly disappointed. Great for a single person visiting Perth on business or attending a conference - it is basically a bed and not much more.
The breakfast although adequate has extremely average coffee all dispensed from a self-service machine. Barista Coffee is available as an extra cost but still falls below expectations.

Absolutely fantastic! What a great hotel, what a great location, and of course, what a great team!!
We travel a lot, all around the world, and believe me, sometimes having a great hotel team that pays attention to every detail and welcomes you to a new country and a new destination, as was the case for us, makes all the difference. It was absolutely wonderful!
Special thanks to the entire breakfast and restaurant team. What a great pleasure it was to be in your restaurant every day! What a great group of people!!!
A very special thank you to one of the gentlemen from the breakfast team (tall, thin, around 55–60 years old). We wanted to personally thank him on our last day in Perth, but unfortunately, we couldn’t find him, maybe it was his day off. Please make sure that he receives our message and our thanks from “the young couple from France”!! 😊
We are so, so, so happy that we stayed here! It was a fantastic experience, and you made our time in Perth even more special.
Thank you to the whole team!! ❤️

The room (Twin, standard) was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable (although the plug sockets are rendered useless by being placed over the beds). The thermostat in the room actually permitted some control to the guest (allowing a maximum of 25 degrees C) - which was much appreciated. The closet included a safe. The bathroom was good, but a rain shower seems pretty standard for 4+ star hotels these days. The motion sensor controlled lights for the bathroom and closet was a good touch.
The traffic at the lifts was well managed and there were no undue delays despite the hotel hosting a large conference during our stay. This is always a telling sign, and the Parmelia Hilton passed with flying colours.
The staff were lovely at the front desk, and having stayed 4 nights for a conference, we had regular texts enquiring about how things were going. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and did a great job throughout our stay.
The location was very accessible to the heart of the city and walkable distance to the jetty if you wanted to do a visit to Rottnest Island.
With the twin bed configuration (with a single bedside table in the center), the plug sockets on each side certainly make them unusable unless you charge your devices on the beds.
The wi-fi speeds of 27-28 mbps are not great for a city hotel.
While this is now common in most hotels, a bar fridge that is empty and having to place an order via an app and to wait a good 15+ mins to get a beer is not ideal.
The views overlooking a much taller office building in very close proximity doesn't bode well for privacy, let alone views.
Close to where I have meetings

Staff were exceptional
Air con was very loud, Chromecast buffered every 10 seconds, curtains were ratty (previously damaged and repaired) and there was dust on the bathroom lamps
Clean
Staff were all lovely
Fairly old - but effort put in for comfort, and very clean.
Rooms not noise proof ... doors slamming, elevator bings, corridor conversations.. but the main issue was the alarm across the road from a near by car park- at all hours of day and night.
Otherwise nice, staff attentive, rooms serviced promptly and neatly, nice bar/restaurant on site.
great location, friendly staff
Comfortable stay
It was a lovely room neat clean & tidy . Breakfast was wonderful & dinner meals in restaurant was amazing .
could have had some cold drinks in fridge & snacks for purchase in the room
