Nice for a special occasion.
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Pillows and bed comfy. Curtains dark for sleep ins. It’s nice to have different pillow options. Plenty of wall sockets near mirrors for getting ready. Late check out. Valet was handy and only slightly more expensive than using parking down the street.

Cons:

The shower temperature would not regulate. From scolding hot to freezing cold in 30 seconds. We stayed for two nights and never got it to a nice temp. Left our bags at reception to be brought up but we waited so long we ended up going back down to retrieve them. No view on our side of the hotel. Might book a view room next time.

Happy and will be back
Pros:

Check in staff very friendly, hotel clean and room was huge and comfortable, correspondence with hotel in regards to requests was very quick and concice this was appreciated.

Cons:

An information booklet in the room would have been nice, the bathroom was huge but the shower very small only good for 1 person in a couples room. There should have been a few extra channel or at least have the ability to blue tooth to the TV to watch from our phone.

Very easy and comfortable
Pros:

It was wonderful, check-in and getting settled was seamless, both rooms were gorgeous and in perfect condition, room service and amenities were exceptional and all staff we came into contact with were polite, will definitely be visiting again

In view of the above I shall not return to this establishment on my next stay in Perth.

Room,breakfast and location

Cons:

I am 85 years old.On one occasion I was the only guest at the pool.When I pointed out to the duty manager that when entering the pool I could have slipped,knocked my head and consequently drowned,the response was that there was camera surveilance of the pool area,which would have been inadequate in my case as I was not told how often that camera is activated.When I requested to have a conversation about my case with the general manager of the hotel asap because I was departing in 3 days,I was promised that he would contacct me prior to my departure.I have yet to be contacted.

Very comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

Great location. The pool was temperate and room service was quick. Room and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The air con was rattling so it was distracting when trying to sleep.
Housekeeping forgot to restock the towels so were left to share 1 which is minor but not ideal.

Great location. Good value. What you would expect from a Hilton
Pros:

Excellent check in and valet parking. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the shower hot. Used the pool briefly which was heated. Gym looked big and well stick with equipment. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Air con was noisy and fridge kept going on but really nothing to complain about.

Great option in mid Perth
Pros:

Excellent location, situated downtown within walking distance of major attractions and the train station. The room was spotless and highly comfortable. The amenities, particularly the gym and pool, were also impressive. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

My only concern is that the pool closes early in the evening. Besides that, it offers excellent value in every aspect.
