Pros:

The staff were incredible! Friendly, informative and welcoming. The king bed was superb, we loved that it wasn't just two singles pushed together.

Cons:

We didn't like that we couldn't park with the hotel but that was all

Great location, and excellent hotel.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are superb. Very friendly and attentive. Rooms are a good size and the spotlessly clean. Hotel is situated near the Quays which is a lovely lively place. There is also a public car park 2 mins away to leave your car.

Beautiful hotel, pool and amenities were great, breakfast buffet has everything and overall is a good, clean, quality st
Pros:

Welcoming, lobby was clean and smelled lovely. Our room was beautiful and spacious, the bath was nice and big and you could lay back and relax in it. The living area was set out well and the sofa was comfortable - I loved the fashion books available to look through. It was great to have the mini bar included so we didn’t have to think about what we were having, we could just enjoy ourselves.

100% we would definitely stay again.

Only thing we would change about the room is we would bring our own pillows as we didn’t like the feather ones, they sink and we both had sore necks/ had trouble sleeping on them.

Cons:

The welcome note left in our room wasn’t ours - it was actually addressed to someone else.
Room service menu was a little boring and limited, we couldn’t get more coffee pods for the room, there were sufficient towels but there wasn’t extra sugar as pre-arranged (we love a few good coffees a day).
Lamp in the bedroom didn’t work (for the price point I think these things should be regularly checked).

Smooth as silk
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and made the booking run smoothly. They contacted me regarding making up the room in a friendly and timely manner and sorted out valet parking with no hassles. Check out was a breeze - made for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Could have done with some basic items like a knife and serviettes in the room. Getting some drinks from room service was no hassle but it would have been better to have a couple of drinks in the bar fridge on the first evening ready to go.

Exceptional Service and Hospitality
Pros:

Thank you, David, for the personalised birthday amenity—it was such a thoughtful touch.

Thank you as well to Concierge staff, I forgot his name, been truly helpful and amazing. That was last week of 29-30 of January, sounds like Cohen is the name. it truly made our day extra special.

And to Natalie from F&B, we sincerely appreciate all your help with our requests.

We are so grateful for the wonderful service. Thank you all!

Loved it
Pros:

Staff were lovely and accomodating. Pool area was great. Breakfast fantastic! Complimentary wine outstanding. Cesar salad I ordered the best I’ve ever eaten. I left the hotel relaxed and no wanting to leave. The foyer was relaxed and beautiful.

I was able to plug in my Google tv and watch all my own stuff which you can rarely do.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit bland in style with all white and bathroom a little small.

Pleasant and the location was amazing.
Pros:

Location, staff and breakfast were amazing.

Cons:

Rooms look a bit tired and need updating. Beds and pillow were ok. I have recently stayed in a lot of hotels and I thought Hiltons bed would be better.

a great stay
Pros:

I stayed at the Hilton Perth for 2 nights. There was a mix-up with my room, but the hotel manager, Vinson, quickly moved me to the 10th floor and was very professional and helpful.
Philip at the front desk was also great, assisting with check-in and resolving any issues immediately. I appreciated Kaidi helping me move my belongings to the new room.
The club lounge, breakfast, Wi-Fi, pool, and gym were all very good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

CBD Hilton Stay

Loxation is good for Elizabeth Quay. Breakfast was good, room was comfortable but small. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Pool was cold and definitely below the 26 degrees stated. Our bathroom was tiny and the skirtings in the bedroom were dusty.
