Cons:

The pillows were too hard, they need soft pillows
Needed another chair at the table for 2 ppl to sit to eat
And better lighting instead of having to turn on 10 lights

Pros:

Comfy and clean room and bathroom. Quick room service. Yummy breakfast with lots of choice. Nice staff.

Cons:

Didnt like the pillows, and it was noisy at night from outside the hotel.

Pleasant staff and lovely lobby ambience, but the room amenities and housekeeping were disappointing

Polite staff, with a lovely luxurious scent and ambience in the lobby.

Cons:

The room had an empty minibar, and despite there being two adults on the booking, only one bottle of water was provided on the first night.Housekeeping was also inconsistent — after cleaning the room the next day, they only returned the robe and tissue box later, and forgot to replace the floor towel.
