An excellent budget option
Pros:

Free parking on site, really big room with a comfortable bed, spa/pool facilities for all guests. Staff were very friendly. It’s a big hotel but didn’t feel crowded.

Cons:

The pillows are like marshmallows and we found it difficult to cool down the room.

Value for money
Pros:

Large, clean room. SPA was great for such price.

Cons:

Breakfast, after around 9.30 weekend days some of items were missing and I did not see them restocked. No vegetable salad option, or at least I did not see one.

Highly recommend! Great price and staff
Pros:

We loved everything! The welcome from Eva at the front desk made our stay. She is such an asset to the hotel. Me and my partner travelled non stop for a year and stayed in hotels all over the world and I can honestly say her customer service is unmatched. She is so friendly, sweet and genuinely cares :) The staff at the leisure club were also really nice and the facilities were amazing - way better than the photos make out. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. We were very happy with our stay and this will now be our hotel of choice every time we come to Glasgow for shopping.

Cons:

Everything was great.

Great hotel at good prices.
Pros:

Clean and very helpful staff. 4 stars is really 4 stars.

Cons:

All ok just... one of the spa tubs was not working so the other one was always full. But it was temporary so no big deal.

AI or human?
Pros:

The pool staff can improve on their manners.

Cons:

The girl at the pool entrance made it look like an AI machine could also replace her, nothing human about her approach. I am coloured, that may have helped her attitude to be less empathetic.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very large rooms and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable large bed.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was disappointing. It was very bland and tasteless. The vegetable soup tasted like vegetables in unseasoned water!

Lovely hotel in relaxing location with wonderful staff and good food.
Pros:

The staff were brilliant and the evening meal I had very good; the room was a nice size

Cons:

The room was very cold and I can't sleep with electric central heating. I needed a warmer duvet. I had to use the duvet on the second bed as well as the one on my own.
The taxi to/from airport is very expensive. Maybe try to arrange a better deal?

Das Hotel ist in Ordnug.
Pros:
