This is a great hotel, in a perfect location. I'm a single traveller and felt safe all the time, no matter what time of day or night. The rooms are a little small but well laid out and enough room. Both the room and bathroom are new and very well done. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There was an issue with a flashing spot light in my bathroom which was sorted immediately. If there is one thing that I found disappointing is that there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room unless you are fully inclusive. If you are half board, as I was, tea and coffee making facilities was only available if hired at a local cost for your stay. All in all a lovely hotel and an great holiday.
There is nothing you could fault at this hotel. The service, food and location were perfect
Nice location near Las Americas and the beach but our room didn't get any sun whatsoever at any time of the day and was cold. It was over some kind of utility which was on 24/7 and could be heard at all hours with the balcony door closed. The room was supposed to be disabled accessible but the loo was really low with no handrails, no handrails in the shower either. Spent a lot of time waiting for the lifts. The hotel looks gorgeous and has some beautiful areas but constant 'lounge music' inside and out, was impossible to find a quiet area. The all inclusive part was the worst I've ever been to, having to request drinks rather than self serve and not a great choice of food (unless you like pork or veal) and no non alcoholic non fizzy drinks. For what it cost, it wasn't good value at all. The rooms were serviced daily but while the top sheets of the beds were pulled tight, the bottom sheet was left crumpled and if we wanted the towels changed, we had to leave them on the floor which I didn't like. Otherwise the hotel was lovely and clean. There was entertainment on every night.
Top Lage und top Essen. Zudem die Lage direkt am Meer
Die Zimmer waren stets sauber, jedoch wurden gebrauchte Gläser und Handtücher nicht immer gewechselt
Unfortunately never actually got to stay here.
Currently in Tenerife and looking for an additional weeks hotel stay for next week and had been recommended to stay here. As we were in the area decided to call in to the hotel.
Unfortunately the security guard would not let us in as he said we were not guests, we tried to explain we want to enquire about staying next week but he still told us quite rudely that’s not possible.
We appreciate hotels must have security but really this guys attitude was appalling and if it reflects the hotel as a whole am glad we have found somewhere else.
just returned from a 7 day stay. and had the best time. such a wonderful hotel. big and spacious. excellent in all restaurants and great entertainment every evening. we almost forgot to leave the hotel.
Great location
The buffet food was dreadful and the gym was woeful
Blood stained duvet, rude staff and food dreadful.
This is our third year at the Hotel Conquistador and as always we had a great time, We return because of the location, good food and wonderful staff. We had half board and must mention Maria Jose at the restaurant terrace and (Juany Juan Luis} mostly in the main restaurant for their excellent cheerful service.
All bar staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were having a lovely break at this hotel but it was completely ruined by a very rude security guard speaking to us like we were trash. We arranged to meet friends in the reception to go out for the evening. My friends arrived and we stood quietly chatting by the door whilst waiting for my partner to come down from our room, when this large security guard came over waving his arms and pointing saying to my friends get out you are not guests get out. It was wxtremely humiliating, he treated us like drunken troublemakers . I explained we were waiting just a few minutes for my partner to change his shoes but despite being a guest he still ordered us all out. I understand there may be a policy that only guests are allowed in but this was just inside the door and did not need to be dealt with in this aggressive manner.
les repas étaient très variés et très bon ce qui est rarement le cas dans un buffet.
Le personnel est nombreux et très très professionnel.
Les chambres sont très calmes et la literie est de très bonne qualité, nous avons très bien dormi.
My husband and I spent 11 days in the Conquistador and enjoyed every minute. This is a hotel for all ages, we are mid 70s and I have slight disability problems but the hotel is equipped with wheelchair facilities throughout. There are pools suitable for all ages which we always found warm, we even used one of the kids pools at times. The adult section is really nice, we enjoyed it very much, and again, wheelchair accessible right to the edge of the pool, I was really impressed with that. The situation of the hotel was perfect for me front and back. The back gate opens onto the promenade which is so beautiful with the sea and surfers on the other side . Lots of seating right along the promenade, and lots of beautiful shops for the shoppers. We were booked just half board and found the food and restaurant much more than adequate. I’m not a foodie but I’m very particular, probably didn’t even try 90% of the food available, but my husband did, and always found something to please him. The choice was amazing, and the chefs were there to cook fresh whatever you requested……. Sometimes a queue but hot fresh food is worth waiting for.
Don’t worry too much about the sun bed situation, there’s always lots available and I never saw anyone having towels taken off beds (even though they should have been). The adult section is quite different…… you can’t put towels down before 8am and you are supposed to stay until 9am before going to breakfast….. it worked for us.
We don’t usually do Entertainment but it was amazing most nights. Valentines night was unbelievable, just so professional . Also the kids entertainment during the day (when the kids were there) I think it was a mid term break for about five days and the team were full on. Even the kids club at night when there was only a few wee kids there the team still entertained them .
Finally I have a big thank you to my “crepe “ ladies ……always under pressure but always in full control, and to Rafael who flipped my eggs every morning with the biggest smile.
I’m only home and I want to go back 😎. Enjoy x
The views, the food, the location, nice staff.
Could not turn on the heater so felt cold during the night.
The hotel was amazing from the food, room, location and atmosphere. I would always question if going all inclusive if the wine they offer you is on the all inclusive plan. As I was charged for a bottle of wine and not advised at the time it was extra. I disputed this charge with the duty manager and his response was well my staff are highly trained and would mention this before serving to me which I took as the him saying I am lying which is not good response. The managers need to invest on how to speak to customers as we are paying a lot for this service and do not like being told we are lying.
colazione e cena variegato e piu che soddisfacente
pochissimo personale che capiva e parlava , anche in modo elementere , la lingua italiana
