Séjour de 4 jours agréable
Pros:

Il est vrai que tout l'établissement mériterait un bon raffraichissement, nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour. A noter qu'en demi-pension, les repas sont très bons et le personnel du 'restaurant' très agréable.

Pros:

Not sure 3 stars is correct should be 2 and priced accordingly- as is run down and amenities/facilities old and worn. That said the staff are great, the room was clean, the food plentiful and wholesome and the showers hot

Poor experience
Pros:

Poor experience at this hotel. First we arrived earlier and were told that we would get a call once our room was ready. We never received a call and when we came for check in at the correct time, they did not have the room we have reserved. After much complain we still ended up in a different room with 2 tiny twin beds. Room was old and sloppy and felt that administration really did not care about offering customers a good experience. The room only a had a small heater in the bedroom which wasn’t enough to heat the bathroom (which had no heater). Therefore, you are surely to feel cold when stepping out of the bathroom. Bathroom was very small and bath area tiny (I am 5’2” and 120 pounds). There wasn’t even a place to place soap or shampoo. For a hotel in a ski area, they didn’t have a hair drier. Make sure you are tall enough to reach the microwave.
The hotel premisses are old and not well kept.
The only positive thing about this place was the excellent service of the housekeepers, Maria and Carolina, who tried to make us as comfortable as possible.
I do not recommend this place. Terrible value for your money.
