It was not really ski in ski out
The staff in the restaurant and bar area were nice and friendly
Unfortunately, our experience fell significantly below the standards we expected for the amount we paid.
Firstly, the property itself feels very dated and does not make the most of the facilities advertised. For example, the open fire was not lit until late afternoon/early evening, which was disappointing as it would have provided a welcoming atmosphere for guests returning from the slopes mid-afternoon.
More concerning, however, was the condition of our room. It was not particularly clean, and my daughter’s bed had old blood on the sheet. It was clear the bed had not been properly changed. This is unacceptable and deeply concerning from a hygiene perspective.
Breakfast service was consistently overcrowded, with very limited food available and little variety. The same applied to dinner — limited choice and repetitive menus. Additionally, residents were unable to secure tables at the restaurants of their choice because non-residents were permitted to dine there. As paying hotel guests, this was extremely frustrating.
The spa facilities were also consistently overcrowded, with children screaming and little supervision, making it impossible to relax. The spa pool was freezing, and the facilities overall were extremely poor. Most worrying of all, our locker in the changing room was broken into twice, and on one occasion a pair of skis were taken. We were not the only residents affected by theft during our stay, which raises serious concerns

Ski shop in situ , half board options out of the hotel and great ski in / ski out
Ridiculous charge of wine by glass at the bar - rather than option of purchasing the bottle?! Except you can buy Prosecco by the bottle .. so be aware bar charges are steep!
Location was good which is why we booked in first place
The biggest issue was the half board package, where the menu choices were really limited eg 1x meat main, or no pizza offering in the pizza restaurant, and then no credit for ordering off the half board menu
The building was very tired
The staff seemed generally stressed, and especially management were often rude and dismissive when we pointed out issues
