The Inn was very beautiful and convenient to shopping and tours in town. The breakfast was wonderful and had a lot of variety. The rooms were well maintained and had a balcony for us to view the bay.

Beyond Amazing Stay
Pros:

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. The view alone was worth the price, but the property was so well maintained, our room was great, and all the staff were so welcoming and just lovely. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back!!

We stayed 1 night. We arrived on a foggy day. Our check in was quick, service was great. Our room overlooked the bay. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean, water was hot. Plenty of food options within walking distance. I absolutely loved this Inn. We felt safe.

Pros:

Loud dripping noise that proved to be a detached gutter that water was dripping on. Also, the toilet kept running off and on all the time. Also, you were supposed to have coffee 24 hours, we came in at 415 and no coffee. No rest and no coffee is not what I paid for.

It was a lovely weekend. Some of the staff were exemplary. Some of them seemed a little disinterested. Rooms were fine, but some peeling paint. Beds were comfy. We were on the first floor of the ocean front room and could hear substantial noise from children running down the stairs you were stunning and scenery. During meals in the rainbow room was exceptional. Food was good, but not as exceptional as I had expected. Would stay here again just have different expectations.

Bar Harbor was an amazing and relaxing stay for my partner and I. We went during off season so it was very quiet and peaceful which is what we needed.
The staff are exceptional and very friendly. The room had amazing views and we are so glad we stayed here during our stay

Of course this is November (off season) so it was VERY quiet, not many stores or restaurants were open, but we knew that. The room could be updated, pretty worn out….bed was very comfortable and the view was to die for !! Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had, Kudos to staff for cleanliness service !
