Te cambian de tipo de habitación sin avisarte y sin darte solución
Pros:

El personal no directivo

Cons:

El personal directivo que nos cambió unilateralmente de habitación sin habernos consultado previamente.
Queríamos una suite compartimentada y elegimos la suite Premier Emblem y cuando llegamos allí nos dijeron que nos la cambiaban por una más pequeña y no compartimentada que era la suite junior Emblem que si bien tenía acceso a la piscina no era eso lo que habíamos reservado ya que priorizamos el compartimentar la habitación. Esto nos lo comunicaron nada más llegar al hotel. Nos dijeron que esa noche durmiéramos así que tenían overbooking en nuestro tipo de habitación y que al día siguiente nos lo solucionarían . Fueron pasando los días y a pesar del compromiso personal del subdirector nos fueron dando largas día tras día hasta que nos cansamos de reclamar. Nuestra estancia fue de ocho días y ni siquiera tuvieron ningún detalle para compensarlo más que el silencio. Aconsejamos a quienes cojan este hotel que se cercioren de que les van a dar la habitación que han reservado y pagado. Si lo hubiéramos sabido con antelación habríamos cogido otro hotel con el tipo de habitación que queríamos. Por lo demás no tenemos ninguna queja ,sobre todo del personal q estamos encantados ,de Geri Renata Rita Laura y Carmen

Cet hôtel spécialement pour la piscine enfant qui était fermée pendant les 3 jours de mon séjour. Piscine pas assez réchauffées.

Ottimo!
Pros:

Location bellissima, rinnovata e molto accogliente. Ospiti per la maggioranza inglesi, ma menù vari per soddisfare ogni gusto. Spazi molto ampi e ben gestiti.

Semana perfecta para desconectar
Pros:

El personal muy agradable y cercano, muchas gracias a todos, en especial a Verónica, Rita y Maria Elena. El hotel es muy nuevo, limpio. Instalaciones super bien. Comida buffet muy variada y de cualidad. Animació todos los días con actividades variadas y para los niños también. Sin duda volveremos.

Buen hotel.
Pros:

Alojamiento muy nuevo, buenas instalaciones en general. El personal en general muy amable.

Cons:

En la piscina había un socorrista italiano que no fue muy agradable con su trato.
Se nota que hay algunos empleados cuentan con poca experiencia…

Très agréable séjour je reviendrais avec plaisirs
Pros:

Vraiment les infrastructures strictement rien a dire, tout était très bien, la salle de sport, les différents espaces piscine, le réfectoire, les bars etc.
La chambre était très propre et le ménage est fait tous les jours.
Petit conseil, prenez le pension complète même si vous ne mangez pas le midi, car sinon le soir vous êtes obligé de tout payer, même l’eau.

Cons:

Par contre j’ai pas trop aimé les personnes à l’accueil.
On m’a dit que j’avais le droit à une réservation gratuite dans leur restaurant italien, sauf qu’on ne m’a strictement rien expliqué et au final quand j’ai voulu réservé il était fermé.
Rien n’a été fait en compensation.

Sopra le aspettative
Pros:

La struttura è bellissima. Nuovissima. I giardini sono tenuti divinamente. La nostra camera con idromassaggio era spaziosa in comoda posizione.
Camera con macchina Nespresso e cialde, ho molto apprezzato. Il cibo vario e di qualità. Ci sono sempre diversi tipi di carne e pesce che è possibile fare alla griglia. Verdura e frutta fresca. Io ho mangiato benissimo.
Hotel vicino a supermercato bar ristoranti e negozi.

Cons:

Amplierei l'offerta 'dolce' per la mattina. Ad esempio proporrei delle marmellate o del burro di qualità.
Il parcheggio dell' hotel a 15€ al giorno è troppo caro, ed infatti vuoto.
L'hotel non è vicinissimo alla spiaggia, meglio essere automuniti.
