Wonderful hotel and exceptional staff
Pros:

First, the staff deserves a big compliment. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, regardless of their jobs. Receptionists, restaurant employees, even the repair man. Gold standard!

The hotel itself was lovely too. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the pool was large and heated, and the breakfast buffet offered different options every day.

Cons:

Just as a suggestion to dedicate a quiet zone or adult-only section of the hotel. I understand that some people go wild on a holiday (which is a bit weird if people cannot do this back home and only wait for holidays to do so), but some people also want to rest and recharge. We were the quiet type, but would often hear loud music from our neighbors, sometimes starting at 9am, sometimes in the afternoon when the whole island would take a siesta nap.

Another idea would be to separate the bedroom and living room areas a bit more. Me and my husband have slightly different sleeping schedules, so I had to go to bed in a well-lit room because my hubby would stay up in the living room area that did not have much of a separation from the bedroom side.

Cons:

Dinner in the emblem restaurant was terrible. We tried it for four nights.then we went elsewhere for dinner.staff did their best but the cooking was awful. Water in big pool was freezing.

Ottimo resort ma qualcosa ancora da migliorare.
Pros:

Struttura nuova, ottima posizione.
Colazione e cena sufficientemente buone. La colazione risulta un po' ripetitiva ma per soggiorni relativamente brevi come il nostro (5 notti) è più che sufficiente e consente di poter variare.
Ottima camera, molto spaziosa ma soprattutto è degna di nota la presenza della jacuzzi con acqua riscaldabile per le giornate più ventose.
Tutto lo staff veramente molto gentile e disponibile per poter migliorare ogni aspetto del soggiorno. Difficilmente poter trovare di meglio.

Cons:

- L'acqua delle piscine che dovrebbero essere riscaldate è veramente fredda, soprattutto quella per i bambini.
- Al nostro arrivo tutta la zona per i bambini (sia interna che esterna) era chiusa per lavori. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è che pochissimi giorni prima della partenza ci hanno confermato via mail che tutti i servizi per bambini erano aperti e funzionanti..ma non è stato così. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per poter far giocare serenamente la nostra bimba e considerando i lavori che stavano portando avanti, di certo non si è trattata di un'emergenza. Questo ci ha infastidito molto.
- Si può migliorare l'offerta di cibo e prodotti per ospiti celiaci, sia a colazione che a cena.

Estancia perfecta
Pros:

Hemos tenído una experiencia perfecta en familia, agradecer al personal que ha sido muy amable y servicial, saludos a mi paisana malagueña de la cafetería :), la comida es muy variada y ha sido un acierto el todo incluído es de gran calidad, en general todo luce bonito en cuanto a decoración e instalaciones se refiere, seguro que volveremos !

Cons:

Hubiese agradecido tener un carte de "no molestar" ya que cuando el bebé dormía lamentablemente siempre coincidía con el servicio de limpieza, también seria bueno tener una opción diferente de almohada mas baja, pero son detalles insignificantes.

Wonderful, relaxing break in a beautiful and well-run hotel, geared up to their guests’ comfort!
Pros:

Clean, modern, friendly and professional reception staff, great first impression. Our suite was in a lovely quiet location but central to everything, cleaned every day. It was probably one of the best-equipped and comfortable rooms/suites I’ve stayed in over the years…and I’ve visited many top hotels over the years before retiring! Breakfast was first class, and every single member of staff was charming and ready to help with any issues. Pools are superb, clean and a nice temperature.

Rewelacja pod każdym względem
Pros:

Śniadania wyśmienite, różnorodne i bardzo duży wybór, lunche i kolacje tak samo. Dużo świeżych warzyw, ryb i owoców morza. Codziennie inny bufet tematyczny, do tego wino i bąbelki z butelek, a nie z nalewaków jak przeważnie w hotelach. Podgrzewane baseny, dla dzieci płytki i jeden głęboki dla wszystkich. Animacje dla dzieci świetnie przygotowane. Łóżka szerokie i bardzo wygodne. Bardzo spodobała mi się oddzielna część hotelu tylko dla dorosłych. Osobny basen w innej części hotelu i dodatkowo osobna restauracja! Na pewno tu wrócimy.

Absolutnie nie ma nic.

Tudo, foi uma semana incrível neste hotel, ainda tudo muito novo e bem cuidado, 3 piscinas perfeitas para adultos e crianças, restaurante com muita qualidade e variedade e muito bem localizado com muitas zonas perto a caminhar. Incrível para famílias com crianças. Voltaríamos já amanha!

Cons:

Apenas da grande demora que existiu para realizar o check in, e do pagamento das bebidas em quem só ia com o jantar incluido. Nem uma agua estava incluída…

Pros:

El hotel y la habitación con jacuzzi merecen el alto coste.

Cons:

Nos pasó un poco de todo, sobre todo con respecto a no poder utilizar el espacio exterior que nos hizo escoger este establecimiento: basura llena con olor pésimo y moscas al lado del jardín, poda de palmeras con restos de palmeras por todo el jardín... Al final esto hizo que la estancia fuera un fiasco.
Adémas, desaconsejo vivamente comer allí, entre la comida recalientada 2 días seguidos y la poca profesionalidad de algunos cocineros, conviene comer fuera.

Great, but more for families.

Good facilities as an adult only pool, gym ect.

Cons:

Ze hanteren in dit hotel twee soort all-inclusive. Waarbij er bijbetaald dient te worden bij sommige zaken. Nu is er voldoende binnen het normale concept te verkrijgen maar een koffie of water moet je voor bij betalen bij de avond bar, terwijl de alcoholische drankjes beschikbaar zijn.

Restaurant erg druk en gehorige met veel gezinnen met kinderen.
