Lots of things came at extra cost, which I think only served to lower the standard of the hotel. E.g. the room safe is €3 per day, and you need to pay €20 to rent a towel at the start of your stay, which is refunded on departure if your return your towel. There was lots of choice at breakfast but it tasted very average.

The site layout is such that many rooms including ours, have no outlook, and are a little claustrophobic when the weather is poor. We probably made a poor choice in opting for a suite that turned out to be in an area for families with small children as this led onto a smallish safe 'courtyard'. The kids were fine but the external living was very restricted.
The Italian restaurant was disappointing - I am not sure they have got this right so far.

We came here as a family expecting a relaxing holiday, but unfortunately it has been very frustrating.
The staff often felt unfriendly, and even small requests seemed like a problem rather than something they wanted to help with.
As a family with a child, this was especially difficult:
- No simple food options for kids when we asked
- no possibility to order food for kids when THEY need to eat (even though we were ready to pay for it extra), had to wait for lunch to be open at 13:00
- Cleaning comes very late in the afternoon – exactly when our child is napping
- The indoor play area (ball slide) was closed early, even when the weather was bad and kids had nowhere else to go
Basic things were missing or poorly handled:
- No slippers in the room (we had to ask several times)
- No “Do Not Disturb” sign at all
- Towels forgotten after cleaning
- Room phone broken several days despite repeated requests
We were also very surprised that “All Inclusive” does not actually include everything. We were charged for drinks, and no one explained the difference between packages when we arrived.
We spoke to several other guests during our stay, and many shared the same frustrations.
Sadly, this did not feel like a relaxing or welcoming place for a family holiday.
We would not come back.

The more mature Receptionists are very unfriendly and everything is an issue with them, in that it's your fault should you have a issue.
The breakfast area is clean and if you are first in you will have no problem being fed.
However after that they run out of everything and I had to ask on several occasions to have the food replenished. The management team at breakfast are not helpful or attentive.
€3 charge a DAY to use the safe in your room!!!!.

Waarom dan toch beoordeeld met 'slechts' een 8? Omdat het hier en daar lijkt te ontbreken aan voldoende capaciteit. Zo werd ons bij inchecken aangegeven dat we recht hadden op 1 gratis reservering in het Italiaans a la carte restaurant. Toen we dit de dag erop wilden vastleggen, bleek het al volgeboekt te zijn en slechts 3 dagen in de week überhaupt open te zijn. Veel verder dan "sorry" kwam de medewerker niet. En het was ook opvallend om te zien dat bij lange na niet alle tafels bezet waren de twee avonden dat het restaurant wel open was. Klein irritatie puntje. Dus bij inchecken, direct proberen te reserveren. Of desnoods vooraf. Daarnaast is er in avond slechts 1 bar beschikbaar en maar zeer beperkt zitgelegenheid.

Purtroppo la pulizia delle stanze non è stata delle migliori. Su Booking viene indicato che effettuano pulizia 5 gg a settimana e cambio asciugamani 2 volte a settimana. Solo a partire dal terzo giorno di soggiorno abbiamo avuto una pulizia adeguata (per adeguata intendo almeno spazzare il pavimento e rifacimento del letto, cosa non avvenuta i primi due giorni, in cui il primo giorno hanno solo rifatto letto e cambiato asciugamani e il secondo non si sono presentati). Abbiamo inoltre segnalato la presenza di piccole formiche nella cucina, sui tavoli e in bagno, purtroppo non risolta fino a fine soggiorno. Parcheggio al momento non disponibile ma in fase di ultimazione, noi non abbiamo comunque avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio nelle vie limitrofe.
