Horrible.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

“General manager” extremely rude and unprofessional. Will cancel your reservation for a bad review LOL. Traveled 12 hours with a 2 year old and although it states online you can pay for early check in, no you cannot. After waiting in the lobby getting death stared for 3 hours while they “cleaned the room” there was no empathy or compassion whatsoever!! This hotel is not kid friendly, very racist against bi racial children. The worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel! DO NOT BOOK HERE! They don’t respond to booking when there is an issue either.

There is no hot tub. It is in both the description and pictures but it has been concerted over.

Hotel was very nice
Pros:

I liked the decor of the hotel, the great location, and the space of the room.

Cons:

The room and hallway had a damp smell, there were no vents in the bathroom, and the pool was cold. Also housekeeping doesn't refresh rooms if you're there more than 1 day. You have to request it, which was a pain.

Pros:

I did not get to stay because the pool broke down the night before before our check in , Booked through Booking. The property was so understanding and agreed to a refund. It’s been 4 weeks trying to get the refund and still haven’t received from Booking. In short do not use Booking.
From the lobby the motel looked fantastic and the staff has been great.
DO NOT USE BOOKING !!!!!!!

I recommended this hotel for our group and I was very disappointed in our stay this year. We will not stay again!

Comfy beds and indoor pool

Cons:

No water pressure, Luke warm showers most of our stay, stained sheets and pillow cases on “clean” beds, crumbs on carpet the night we checked in
