Important information:

Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car.

Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30.

A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club.

Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person.

The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person.

Pros:

Staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Great location on the slopes, ski in and out. The bed was really comfy and the sauna was a nice addition.

Cons:

The only way to reach the hotel is via a lift that shut at 4.30 pm which meant that we couldnt have any dinner or drinks in the village. but the food at the hotel was mostly really good.

A somewhat dated hotel, with the authentic charm of days gone by
Pros:

A hotel of a kind that’s no longer built. A warm, family-style welcome. The rooms are somewhat worn. The location at 2,500 m altitude right on the ski slope is truly excellent. The restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine—nothing particularly refined, but tasty and varied. The breakfast is well taken care of.

Posizione ottima per partire ad alta quota durante le gite nei giorni di permanenza in hotel, personale gentile e presente e colazione a buffet buona

Cons:

Cena di bassa qualità, potrebbero migliorarsi con un menù più semplice ma qualitativamente migliore. Le camere e gli spazi comuni sono molto vecchi e trascurati, l'insonorizzazione nelle camere è inesistente tanto da poter sentire russare il tuo vicino di stanza durante la notte. Bagno cieco minimal ma tenuto male e letti scomodi.

opzioni vegetariane quasi inesistenti nonostante mi avessero confermato il contrario… penne con panna o penne in bianco non mi sembra un’opzione vegetariana considerando che la cena costa 30 euro

Emplacement exceptionnel mais l'hôtel est viellot, hors normes et la cuisine est médiocre.
Pros:

L'emplacement est fantastique, à 2500 mètres face au Cervin. Le soir, quand le téléphérique s'arrête et que les touristes sont redescendus à Cervinia, on a la montagne pour soi. Hypnotisant !

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillot, pas aux normes (notamment l'électricité) et la cuisine est médiocre. La vitre de notre salle de bain était cassée.

Pros:

Za osoblje i poziciju hotela, te saunu u sobi, ocjena 20 od 10. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje, prijatna, prijateljska atmosfera. Hotel je na samoj stazi kroz koji prolaze gondole. Istina, hotel jeste starije, dijelom dotrajale strukture kojoj bi obnova dobro dosla ali sve prednosti cine da se na ovo moze progledati.

Cons:

Zadnja 3 dana nam je bilo prilicno hladno u sobi, sto se nije promijenilo ni kada smo ukazali na to. Takodjer nam je zadnji dan nestalo i tople vode pa smo se morali tusirati hladnom vodom. Nimalo lijepo posebno jos uz hladniju sobu nakon toga.
