Important information:

Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car.

Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30.

A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club.

Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.

The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person.

The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person.

Bra service!
Pros:

Super hyggelige ansatte, utrolig bra service. Perfekt beliggenhet for en tur i bakken. Vil absolutt tilbake!

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Skigebiet. Das Personal an der Reception, Bar und auch im Esssaal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es sollte dringend renoviert werden.

Kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka men hoppas då innerligt att kockarna lärt sig laga mat!
Pros:

Boendet ligger mitt i backen så man slipper morgonrusningen till liften.
Trevlig personal, välstädat, stället är slitet men ok. Frukosten var bra med både varm och kall mat, frukt och sött.

Cons:

Middagen på hotellet var smaklös! Det var trevliga rätter på pappret, men kockarna misslyckades med i stort sett alla rätterna. Väldigt smaklöst!

Unfair treatment. Very non-negotiable. Very disappointing.
Cons:

It was impossible to get to this hotel and I found very unhelpful staff at facility. Not negotiating. Not trying to find a solution. Could not get to hotel and they would not give refund and refused to change dates so I was charged over 175 euro for nothing even though I contacted them within 2 hours of making reservation. Very unfair.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen war sehr gut, die Lage perfekt für Skifahren, Zimmer mit Blick auf Matterhorn und mit Sauna. Die Anreise mit der Bergbahn unkompliziert. Zimmer war sauber.

Al ruim dertig jaar ons skihotel bij uitstek.
Pros:

De ligging direct aan de pistes halverwege de berg.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Goede prijs/prestatie verhouding.

Cons:

Gedateerd.

We loved it as a family who love skiing
Pros:

The location is awesome if you love skiing and want to get on the mountain first thing. Lots of games to play which you need as you can’t go anywhere in the evening. Food is pretty good for the price and staff very friendly.

Cons:

You need to pay for a skidoo up the mountain if you arrive too late for the cable car so bear that in mind in your travel plans

Middagarna var lite att önska när det kom till varmrätten. Annars helt ok mat till och med god. Pastan var alltid bra buffébordet höll bra höjd.

Espace commun assez grand pour se retrouver, annulation musicale.

Cons:

Hotel vieillissant, chambre peu ventilée ( pb jours de mauvais temps), literie peu confortable.
Pour le ski, le local n'est pas assez grand et ne permet pas le séchage des chaussures.

Pros:

Staff was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Great location on the slopes, ski in and out. The bed was really comfy and the sauna was a nice addition.

Cons:

The only way to reach the hotel is via a lift that shut at 4.30 pm which meant that we couldnt have any dinner or drinks in the village. but the food at the hotel was mostly really good.
