Please note, the hotel is only reachable via a cable car, free to hotel guests. The cable car is only open until 16:30. A shuttle service at a surcharge, is available before and after opening and closing times of the cable car.
Late check-in is only possible on Saturdays and until 19:30.
A resort fee, applicable from November to April includes access to the spa, gym, solarium and games room, as well as entertainment and kids club.
Room rates on 25 and 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.
The Gala Christmas dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €50.00 per person.
The Gala New Year's Eve dinner has a mandatory additional cost of €70.00 per person.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Qualche piccola disattenzione dello staff, ma il prezzo e la posizione hanno compensato tutto.
Anche la mia cagnolona Zoe ringrazia per l ospitalità e le passeggiate favolose.
Il personale leggermente impreparato in certe situazioni, ma cmq sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Sono giovani e si può sempre migliorare
Situato in una posizione fantastica per chi ama la montagna, è perfetto. Con il costo della camera è compreso anche il servizio della funivia che porta da Breuil Cervinia all’Hotel stambecco che può essere utilizzata per tutta la durata del soggiorno. L’hotel si trova proprio all’arrivo della funivia.
Fare colazione e cena con vista sulle montagne a 2500 m è meraviglioso. Offrono inoltre un antipasto per gli ospiti alle 17.

Posizione fantastica, relax completo nel silenzio più assoluto sopratutto dopo l'ultima corsa della funivia che porta a Cervinia. Belle escursioni anche senza allenamento grazie alla funivia che porta a cime bianche e plateau Rosà 😍

Staff at Lo Stambecco goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They were super nice and fulfilled our every request. There are a lot of things to do such as the spa (that you get to use privately) and games area. We had the best time. Food was okey. Overall, for the price it's great value and you get much more than you expect.
The hotel is definitely old and could use with a renovation. It's functional but just barely.

Posizione meravigliosa, attaccato alla funivia e con partenza di moltissimi trekking rilassanti e suggestivi. Il cibo è prettamente turistico, ma ci sta essendo che stanno rifacendo le camere quindi il focus sulla qualità del cibo è giusto che venga dopo, così va già bene. Menzione davvero onorevole allo staff, simpatici, disponibili e accoglienti con tutti. Sono stati in grado di farci sentire a casa in poco tempo e ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario di check-out per fare un altro trekking prima di tornare a casa, davvero apprezzato come gesto e per niente scontato.
La pulizia della stanza era frettolosa, briciole qua e là e un forte odore di umido causato probabilmente da uno straccio usato non ben strizzato. l'odore è sparito dopo 20 minuti di finestra aperta ma avendo il balcone in comune con altre due stanze non era piacevolissimo. Comunque nulla di estremamente negativo, sono solo piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza

E una bella struttura!paesaggio meraviglioso il personale molto gentile e cortese ci ha accolto Francesco che ha fatto veramente la differenza ! I servizi eccellenti a l interno del hotel un po sprovisto peccato per quelli esterni che c e veramente poco !la posizione e un arma a doppio taglio dalle 16 e 30 non ti puoi piu muovere !
Het mooie uitzicht.
Geen warm water uit kraan en douche en vaak ook gewoon helemaal geen water. Water was grootste deel van de tijd ijskoud en met zeer zachte straal. Lawaai van werken naast hotel, al van smorgensvroeg. Vaak ook nachtlawaai buiten van andere gasten, waardoor goede nachtrust geen enkele dag aan de orde was. Ondanks grote hoogte blijft gebouw zeer warm snachts, waardoor je genoodzaakt bent met raam open te slapen en nachtlawaai te trotseren. Koud avondeten en door geen beschikbaarheid aan water ook geen koffie uit koffiemachine bij ontbijt. Kabellift sluit soms meer dan half uur voor officiële sluitingstijd, waardoor je niet meer beneden geraakt om te gaan eten. Bij inchecken werd geen informatie meegedeeld over hoe alles werkt, waardoor je niet weet of je kabellift zelf moet betalen of niet, hoe alles daar werkt,... De meeste medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpvaardig op één persoon achter de balie na, die zelf ook meermaals foute informatie doorgaf op vragen die we nadien stelde over informatie die we bij het inchecken niet kregen meegedeeld.
