Nice hotel very nice pool I don’t like the lobby that much the perfume they use is to strong Room service excelente in special all the cleaners rooms was looking like new all the time
Enjoy Enviroment Pleasent Staff. CLEAN VARIETY Resturaunt
Very clean
No issues
The rooms were large and comfortable. The walkability to the large shopping mall was convenient.
When we arrived at 6 pm to check in we were told that there were no rooms with king beds left and we would have to take a double queen. I had booked many weeks before and requested a king bed. The lady insisted they absolutely did not have a king room left. When I insisted that would not work for us and that they had our specific reservation, knew we were coming and must have given away our room, she went to talk to her manager. When she came back, lo and behold, there was a king bed room for us!!!! I hate being lied to and starting off a vacation with an upset.
We didn’t like that there was no adult only pool the days we were there. Our toilet kept running which was another issue.
I liked everything about the property. It was beautiful and clean.
The waitresses by the pool gave us no attention. I had to go to the bar both days….
Also, a staff member at the Starbucks there was extremely rude, active, extremely strange even got sick from a sandwich. I had there ended up getting the stomach flu, but worse than that the girl at Starbucks I’ve never met somebody so rude in my life.
This locals Casino isn’t for locals any more. Me and my friends have been going to the Rocks Lounge in Red Rock Casino on Friday Nights for the last couple of months. We enjoyed the reasonably priced drinks, dancing and great local bands. There was never any pressure to purchase drinks, plenty of dance floor room and no minimum. Until last night. Without any notification, in any form, tables of 2 to 4 were charged $100 and booths $300 minimum. We were informed of this “new policy” only after hunting for a table without a “reserved” sign on it, and were already seated after standing in line to get in for 1/2 hour. They even had $100 tables on the dance floor taking up space and never hired extra help. It was so cramped. I felt sorry for the servers who were overwhelmed. If a table of 2 or 4 can drink 50, $2 margaritas or 33, $3 beers in a 2 hour time period, (designated driver doesn’t even drink), without getting totally smashed, you are really good. Needless to say, None of us, once loyal, locals will not be going back. Between the $100 charge, (our drink bill came to $36), crowded dance floor (couldn’t even get to it) and horrible service (not the servers fault), we can find another Friday Night Friends Night Out. P.S. Final note: After numerous complaints Management was contacted. We were not charged the $100 minimum. We were only charged $36 for the drinks we actually ordered and consumed. We were also notified that this was a “one time thing” and next time will be charged the $100.
I have been going to the Rocks lounge for their excellent bands every Friday night. When I arrived last night (6/19), I noticed every table and booth had reserved signs. The waitress informed me the tables (ALL OF THEM) are now $100 minimum and booths are $300 minimum! No signage, no notice and no empathy. We decided to sit at the $100 table (4 of us) only 2 of us could drink. Do you know how drunk we would be if the 2 of us had to drink $100 in liquor? By the way, these are not strip prices, drinks were $3-7 each. The greed of the Rocks lounge has lost my business!
The resort has everything you need - so many great restaurants and beautiful rooms.
It’s not in the centre of town…. But it does have everything you could need!
The hospitality and service of the staff
The room could have been better cleaned and it took a long time to get the room. No robes. Before the upgrade the room I had booked had robes and this one did not.
