The staff were fantastic at check in

Cons:

The room was not clean. Good thing I brought wipes. To clean the chairs which were covered in something. Also I couldn't use thr mini fridge to keep anything i brought cold. It was full fo their stuff to sell.

Pros:

What I liked about the property was the security with the elevators. I really loved how spacious the room and the bathroom were and how private it could be.

Cons:

I didn’t like how the elevators were only on one side of the building and I had to cross the entire building to get to my room.

Pros:

As a solo travel, I felt safe in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the concierge team were very helpful and accommodating.
The views of red rock canyon from my room were amazing! I really loved my time spent here.

Cons:

My trip was too short to lap up all the amazing facilities in this hotel.

Cons:

The carpets in my room were somewhat dirty and smelled. Improve on the rooms and showers!
