Pros:

As a solo travel, I felt safe in this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the concierge team were very helpful and accommodating.
The views of red rock canyon from my room were amazing! I really loved my time spent here.

Cons:

My trip was too short to lap up all the amazing facilities in this hotel.

Cons:

The carpets in my room were somewhat dirty and smelled. Improve on the rooms and showers!

Pool and staff were great, cleanliness and smoke free would have been better for such a high end sta

Staff was wonderful, pool was great with lots of seating options and pools away from kids.

Cons:

Room wasn’t completely clean, table had sticky stuff on the table, but beds and towels always done nicely

Like a Potemkin village -- beautiful, and align your expectations first.
Pros:

Location is great, entry is ok to get to. Valet service is prompt and respectful. Super simple to check in. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Value for the dollar on a weeknight is incredible compared to other locations in Vegas. I didn't get a chance to play or eat there, but it also had a variety of good restaurants and was located centrally to other attractions and eateries in the area. I would look into staying next time I'm in town (but with a caveat).

Cons:

The Thursday night super loud DJ playing to an empty pool. I understand Vegas is an entertainment city, so if you're looking for pure music vibes and dancing then please, stay. But when you book a room with a view, on a weeknight, your expectation is that you might get some serenity. Instead, you're listening to bass pounding dance music for hours while trying to get some rest. It's one thing if there's a crowd and people are enjoying themselves and you just missed the concert announcement when booking. The pool area was literally empty save for the music playing where you can hear it in full even on the 18th floor.

They gave us a room that wasnt cleaned properly. It was missing liners in the garbage bins and the tub hot and cold was broken. It only ran hot.

Beautiful Resort with a lot of extra fees. Expect to pay at least 35% more.
Cons:

I greatly disliked all the additional fees. They need to be upfront and include all the BS fees AND resort fee when advertising. Thes came up to 1/3 more per night!!!!!

Great value!
Pros:

Great staff, beautiful view, nice pool and affordable casino. The Thai food restaurant was delicious! Recommend hitting red rock Canyon and doing the trails we brought our mountain bikes and it exceeded our expectations!
