El personal muy amable,la habitación amplia con vistas espectaculares,la piscina descubierta y el desayuno buenísimo.Todo genial
El desayuno era bastante completo, y preparaban algunos platos al momento
No tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Imposible estar por el día en ellas en verano . El personal del desayuno poco atento al cliente, 1 hora antes de terminar el desayuno no te dejan sentar en la zona con mejores vistas. La sauna no funciona.

La tranquilidad del hotel para desconectar unos días, la habitación era muy cómoda, el desayuno buffet fantástico, con bastante variedad y destacar la amabilidad del personal.
El pero que tiene es que las habitaciones no dispongan de aire acondicionado o de ventilador, ya que hacía mucho calor en la habitación.
La ubicación es ideal, con vistas a las montañas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Espacios para estar, diversos y agradables. Piscinas ideales de temperatura. Personal joven y muy amable en el servicio de comedor.
La desconfianza en el cliente procedente de Booking. Aunque ya había pagado por adelantado mi estancia, me exigieron escribir mi numero de tarjeta de crédito y su fecha de caducidad, en la hoja de registro, como garantía de posibles gastos extra que pudiera hacer. Yo tenía que confiar en lo que el hotel pudiera hacer con mis daros bancarios, pero ellos no confiaban en mí como cliente, tal vez porque no hice el dichoso pre check- in, que ya me pedían que hiciera desde 3 días antes de llegar.
Me han hecho sentir cliente de segunda categoría y seguramente no vuelva nunca más a este hotel, que por otro lado, es magnífico.

Température de la chambre, sous combles ,à notre arrivée : 40 degrés . Pas de climatisation , seulement ventilateur au plafond.Nuit fatigante malgré fenêtre ouverte
The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool, with plenty of loungers. In late July at least, there was plenty of free parking opposite. Breakfast was great with loads of choice (the homemade muesli was delicious). Well placed to nip into France to the wonderful Petit Train d'Artouste d'Artouste and also to Panticosa. We enjoyed high mountain trekking at both.
We also enjoyed seeing what we think we Griffen vultures flying over the hotel garden
The restaurant was a bit expensive for us, so we went out, and which was fine.
