Excelente ubicación sobre todo si vas a esquiar, a 3 min de las pistas y aparte te llevan en una furgoneta.

Cons:

La piscina/jacuzzi estaban muy fríos, fuimos a finales de enero y lo que más te apetece es meterte a un agua calientita y nos tocó bastante fría, de hecho había comentarios de gente diciendo que les parecía raro porque no suele estar tan fría, una pena porque no nos pudimos meter

Semana Santa de esquí a gusto
Pros:

Fuimos de vacaciones de esquí con nuestro hijo.
La habitación era algo pequeña y con decoración anticuada pero el colchón y la almohada fueron muy cómodas. La temperatura de la habitación era buena aunque alta en algunos momentos. El baño aunque había bañera, estaba reformado y era amplio, el agua de la ducha tenía una gran presión y salía a buena temperatura. El secador de pelo es muy bueno y potente.
El desayuno fue agradable con poca variedad pero muy buena calidad, había frutas de todo tipo cortadas, pan y embutidos, algún dulce y bollería así como platos calientes elaborados al momento.
El hotel cuenta con una piscina climatizada con acceso gratuito que fue el gran disfrute para nuestro hijo, además tenían el detalle de poner una bandeja de fruta fresca cada tarde. La piscina ínterior se conecta con una piscina exterior de agua caliente desde donde fue maravilloso apreciar las preciosas vistas de la montaña nevada.
La persona de recepción fue muy correcta en el trato, así como los camareros del desayuno: todo impecable y recogido a tiempo.
El traslado a pistas es excepcional. Sin coste adicional. No hay esperas ni para ir ni para volver y los conductores son muy amables

Cons:

La decoración es algo anticuada, se nota que fue un hotel muy bueno en otro tiempo y que están haciendo mejoras pero es insuficiente aún.
El parking tiene coste adicional aunque es muy cómodo.

Es un hotel tranquilo, con buenas vistas. Además, ofrecen servicio de transporte a las pistas de nieve, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda y agradable. Sin duda, una buena opción para alojarse.

Dos días muy bien aprovechados
Pros:

El Personal tuvo un trato y unos detalles excepcional.
La furgoneta para ir a las pistas es muy cómodo…!!!
El desayuno impresionante y como nos facilitaron todo.

Pues sinceramente en los dos días que estuvimos no puedo opinar negativo nada.

En realidad me pareció todo bien, igual que el spa fuera más completo, con jacuzzi, baño turco....y el agua más caliente.
