If you want a decent hotel on the edge of the pubs etc its ideal. Beach directly opposite .
Pros:

Nice hotel, great staff and location ( but only if you want the busy front location next to the tacky pubs .
Comfy rooms . Large well cooked selection of food and continental selection .

Bar not open till 11am
No cava given at breakfast.

Sounds petty i know but most 4 star offer this and on holiday we would like to get a drink whilst by the pool . No snacks on offer during the day . No air con yet till April or May. Rooms were stuffy so had doors open and then you get the noise from the british idiots drunk on watered down beer that has no alcohol in it.

Noisy corridors when people returning at night, would have helped if fire doors were shut, but they were always propped open.

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

A lovely hotel located along the Benidorm beach front closer to the Old town but still only a lovely 15 /20 mins walk to the 'New town'
The hotel is spotless, the staff are very friendly & helpful, the breakfast is plentiful & very tasty & lots of choices.
There is only 1 lift which may be an issue at very busy times of the day although we had no long waits for it. I would recommend a room with a seaview if you're staying 5 or more days as it's right on the doorstep!
I'll definitely return to this lovely hotel.
