Lovely hotel in a great location. Great value for money and highly recommended.
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel in a fantastic location right across from the beach. The staff were lovely and welcoming too.

Cons:

Could have been more sun beds around the pool.

Had a lovely stay,would definitely stay there again . Staff were amazing and hotel very clean and comfortable
Pros:

Centrally located. Very clean, comfortable and all the staff were lovely. Food was varied and good. Breakfast available until 11 am . No fighting over sunloungers. The beds really comfortable. Free water and juice in mini bar every day.

Cons:

I had a side sea view room which was really nice but would have been better if you did get some sun on the balcony. You pay a bit more for a side sea view but really you would just be as well getting a normal room as you don’t really see the sea or the sunshine unless you’re sitting at the edge of your balcony

Great location and food!
Pros:

The buffet was amazing, the location was brilliant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I also loved the pool area.

Very nice hotel in a fabulous position
Pros:

Location was fantastic, right on the beach. Need to be careful anywhere in Benidorm at night. Restaurant was very good, great selection of food. Staff were great. Pool area great. Rooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

There are only 2 lifts and they are VERY slow, be prepared to wait! Not keen on frosted glass doors to the bathroom a 20cm gap at the bottom, prefer more privacy than that.

Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Hotel was immaculate throughout and room was very inviting and comfortable. Very nice pool area and great location for the beach and the old or new town
