Vacaciones en familia
Pros:

La ubicación. La limpieza de la habitación. La amibilidad del personal, tanto en el comedor, en el bar de la piscina y en recepción.

Cons:

La lentitud del ascensor. Si llegabas un poco tarde al buffet, las pinzas estaban todas sucias, mezcladas, bastante desastre.

Recibí la habitación a las 16h en punto...es la primera vez que me pasa esto en cualquier hotel, aunque se que es la hora legal...también pedí habitación con cama de matrimonio y recibí con 2 camas...sin ninguna explicación.

La idea del hotel en si mismo … funcional y practico , el huesped tiene mucha autonomia pero los empleados son agradables y están pendientes de todo . Muy bien Ubicado !!!!

Just what the doctor order, relaxation
Pros:

just return from a week in Benidorm, staying in “Innside Costablanca hotel” what a week we had. Danced with Carlos Segura the security guard, around the pool where there was entertainment. Served by Miguel and Osti. From the minute we arrived they made us laugh, friends for life. Our rooms, very comfortable, clean and every thing there for comfort. The bed seemed like two doubles together, massive, drifting off to sleep, pure comfort. Breakfast, food to suit all nationalities. Overall, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent holiday. Thank you to all the staff from cleaners to managers. X

Fabulous adults only hotel, great location opposite beach
Pros:

We stayed B&B only as we like the freedom to eat at different venues in the evening. We chose this hotel as it was adults only. Room was very comfy, two large single beds and had a fridge which had a couple of bottles of water and juice, all FOC and replenished daily. This was brilliant as we took the drinks to the beach each day. Hotel is immediately opposite the beach, a few yards walk is a boarded walkway down the beach. This was ideal for us. Sun beds and umbrella on the beach were 6 euros each per day and they do come round to check you have bought a ticket. The sea is lovely and clear and very refreshing. There is a pool in front of the hotel with sun beds and deck chairs. The on-site bar is good and they do good food. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice from cereals, fruit, pastries and bread, toast, cheeses and cooked option. They also have a chef’s theatre cooking to order eggs, toasties and omelettes. The location is good with many bars, cafés and restaurants within an easy walk. Lots of friendly helpful staff there too. It was surprisingly quiet at night too. We did have an evening meal at the hotel on one night which cost 25 euros each, again huge selection of food from the buffet and as much as you can eat. Felt very safe, more so than over hear in busy areas. Plenty of police presence too. Taxi from Alicante airport cost 95 euros and we got an Uber back to the airport and that cost 72 euros. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully we will return.

Cons:

Breakfast cooked option could have been hotter. Lift was a bit slow. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Beware as Scammers outside the cafe next door to the hotel with the three cups routine.
