Great stay!
Pros:

Disability room was on 5th floor. Very good. Fabulous being able to self propel onto balcony no door lip to fight with

Cons:

Breakfast wasnt hot. One thing to point out. Disability room was very good but people in wheelchairs struggle to self propel on carpet

Poco personal para el volumen de huéspedes, sobre todo se notaba en el restaurante buffet.
En general bien, aunque para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas hay que pulir más ciertos puntos.

Buena estancia en Benidorm, pero el hotel deja que desear (calidad-precio)

La habitación bien, pero como aunque las ventanas cerraban bien, se sentía el ruido de fuera (zona de los ingleses) !!!
No pude disfrutar de la terraza por culpa del ruido continuo...

Cons:

desde el hotel devemos salir para ir al comedor (teniamos desayuno y cena) y es incomodo el tener que salir... si llueve te mojas y para el desayuno había muchiiiisima gente.
El bufete deja que desar su presentación. Hemos estado en muchos Melias : Alicante, Torremolinos, Valencia y los bufetes de los hoteles Melia suelen ser excelentes, pero este NO.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Ideal for a bit of luxury amongst the fun of Benidorm.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The pool area is clean . The bed was extremely comfortable and pillows nice and soft.

Cons:

There is only one lift and it gets a bit busy. The hot breakfast was cold .
