Comfortable 3 night stay but improvements needed to truly be a 4*
Pros:

Location Great and rooms were comfortable
Staff good

Cons:

No air conditioning available so rooms were very hot despite heating turned off
English Channels on Tv had constant interference and remote did not work very well
Netflix not easy to locate - not a huge problem as out most f the time but it needs to be up to standard
Towels not very soft
Lifts were very slow
Pool area not big and impossible to get a sun-bed as they were all taken - or had towels on them
Hallways to bedrooms not brilliant - we normally stay at Don Pancho which is also a 4* hotel but is much better -

I had such an amazing experience of humanity that i will not ever be staying at another hotel in Ben
Pros:

I found the whole experience of the hotel an excellent one. I had an medical emergency whilst staying at this hotel and the hotel staff ( Especially Carla and a young Spanish man with a goatee beard and glasses) were absolutely amazing. They looked after me until the paramedics came and took me away for tests and observation at Benidorm Hospital. I cannot thank Carla and this young man enough for their kindness and professionalism, outstanding they both were. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Good hotel but food cold.
Pros:

This hotel is right on the promenade and has a great pool area. The hotel reception is beautiful and the receptionists are very pleasant. Check-in was easy, and then we took the lift to the second floor to our side seaview room. Although the room was not the biggest, it was fine for 5 nights. The bathroom was nice and clean but had a strange smell, like drains. There wasn't a great amount of clothes storage, but it was adequate for a short break. What the room did lack was a kettle and tea and coffee. It did have a fridge and safe, but the safe was a bit hit-and-miss when opening. Now, for the biggest negative: the food. There was loads of choice, but it was always only just warm, and the hotel knows this as a microwave is on the side, lol. Would I go back? Yes, as the location and pool area are great.

Pros:

I do believe this hotel should not be 4 star. Interior of room very poor quality for 4 star hotel. I think most expensive 4 star hotel in Benidorm. Hotel should know this we are paying to you for good quality food not for Garbage, bland food. you should go to Turkey to find out how quality food they serve. almost freshly prepared everything and a lot of main dish choice.

The food in the hotel is dire!
Let's start with breakfast as a vegetarian I asked the lady for cheese omelet, cheese they are using never melts in cheese omelet.
Everything is cold evening meal. Nothing freshly prepared.Buffet full of ready to slice food like cheese, salami, green ,tomato, nuts, pickles. Deserts are same every evening frozen defrosted cake.
Vegetarian options were extremely limited, food is very bland Poor food Label you never see V. Soup always contained meat in it..(accept cauliflower soup)still does not say if suitable for vegetarian V .

Vacuum cleaner leaves very bad smell , Vacuum-bag need to be replace more often and should use bag-freshener-if bagless still need to be cleaned and freshener used.
Best is: Staff and seating on the balcony for sea view rest is not.
