Very pleasant stay. The hôtel team is great.
Pros:

Beautiful, convenient, practical. I liked the room next to the pool in the small bungalows.
I loved the yoga and pilates session. Elleonora is very good 👍.
The food in La Terrace is very good. The beach is cute. The gym could be better.

Cons:

I did not like the first room inside the hôtel 1202. The spa was great but the steam room was not well maintained. The spa is under rated it should be better put in value.

Pros:

Hotel cleanliness, friendly staff ( Mucahit servicing the beach area) food quality and variety.

Cons:

Its not a big deal, but we were charged for room service ( 2 turkish coffee and fresh orange juice once) although we were told that it was İkram.

الموظفون اكثر من رائعين، من افضل فرق العمل التى تعمل فى الفنادق ، كذلك جودة المنتج وخيارات الغذاء متعددة ولذيذة

الشاطىء الرملي قصير لكن المساحات الخشبية متعددة ووفيرة

В целом сервис , питание , напитки , пляж , море очень понравилось !
Pros:

Отель понравился , питание , напитки , пляж , сервис 👍🏻

Cons:

Пару минусов , бронировали вид на море , в итоге заселили на нулевом этаже , окна выходят на море , но по факту вида на моря нет , вид на пальмы , предложили пере заселиться только на след день ! Есть мелкие детали требующие ремонта !

Elestirecegim en buyuk husus; oda temizligi konusu. 2 gun pes pese soylememize ragmen odamiz temizlenmedi,oda temizligi icin soylemek gerektigini ilk defa burada goruyorum.
DIger sikinti genel personel yetersizligi. Ozellikle beach te hizmet yavas,lounge da hizmet yavas sebebi de kisi basina dusen personel sayisinin azligidir.
