Huge thanks to the Mirada team for one of the best, most reviving vacations we have had as a family!
Pros:

Our stay at the Mirada exceeded what we were hoping for: a perfect combination of the most attentive staff, a beautiful setting, great food and lots of activities. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and colleagues took the time to have a heart shaped cake sent to our room, in addition to multiple cakes throughout the day. The water sports team with Cagdar helped organise a marvelous boat tour and set us up with a seabob to wizz around the bay, pure fun! Great people make a wonderful location so much more memorable. My kids are clamouring for us to go back next year to see how everyone is getting on. Tesekkur Ederim!

Cons:

That we had to leave: we are still grieving. Apart from that, just a few very minor points:
1. No need to have the towels changed every day: I felt bad for our ecological footprint
2. Perhaps a few more hooks and towel racks in the bathroom so those towels can dry
3. A reading light next to the bed for those who like reading while others sleep.

The room cleaning service should be available beyond 4:00 PM. We arrived late and needed to rest, so we slept until late

The welcome was excellent, the staff were wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The services provided were excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

The bathroom was in poor condition, especially the shower water, which suddenly became extremely hot and then suddenly turned cold. The trash bin was also in poor condition, and the bathroom was not clean enough.

Cockroaches in the room. Besides that, everything is nice.
Pros:

The food is wonderful with a lot of options, and the Italian restaurant can measure up to the fine dining place. The beach is nice, and there are many fish in the sea. The staffs are wonderful except for my checkout experience which I complained about the cockroaches found in my room.

Cons:

The clearness is a big problem. I found one dead cockroach with wings in the balcony, and one alive in the shower! This is unacceptable. I told the problem to the girl at reception when we checked out, and she simply said thank you for telling me. I told her it is unacceptable, and she said that I will have someone to check the room. I was horrified by her response, wondering whether the hotel takes roaches in the room for granted.
