Pros:

centrally located to all White Mountains attractions. Room and facilities were clean. Would stay there again, would recommend to others.

Comfy beds and great location; cleanliness could be improved.
Pros:

Great location. Right off the 93. Very close to everything in town. Bed were comfortable. Rooms were nicely updated.

Cons:

Cleanliness is an issue. The room just felt, and did look in many places, dirty. It smelled like mildew the whole time in the bathroom. Fully understanding this is a hotel, an older hotel at that, and humidity, but there is room for improvement.
The cost felt steep considering the state and cleanliness.
A couple of the plug locations were loose and would not hold cords.

Too short
Pros:

Very clean room with comfortable beds. Great location. Did not take breakfast there so cannot comment as to the selections.

Cons:

Interaction with the desk person when we had to leave early due to a medical problem that required a return to home and our emergency room. When I asked about a refund for the remaining 3 nights, I was told that since I booked through Booking.com they would have to do the refunding. This proved to be inaccurate and was finally resolved by the Franconia facility after more communication from me.
