Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Parkplatz direkt im Hof.

Cons:

Obwohl Italien für seinen Kaffee bekannt ist, entsprach der Frühstücks-Kaffee nicht dieser Erwartung.

Le menage quotidien des chambres laisse a désirer.
Par exemple pas de savon dans les distributeurs des chambres, pourtant réclamé quotidiennement durant les quatre jours de notre séjour.

A very pleasant town relaxing, clean and with plenty of restaurants.
Pros:

The breakfast was superb, very large choice of food items. The beach is down the coastline, walkable along the beach for about half an hour or you take a mini bus ride which the hotel supplies. The beach was clean with plenty of umbrellas, seating, shower and toilet were also available.

Cons:

The breakfast room/restaurant was lacking in style, few plants and lighting was basic. Not a romantic setting for ones evening meal.
The restaurant on the beach for the hotel, served mostly fish choices, but no English translation menu, so we used our phones to translate, as the waiters didn't speak very much English.
The disappointing factor was that the swimming pool at the hotel was closed due to a filtration problem. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was to have the choice of a pool and beach facilities. They normally charge for the beach, but as the pool was unavailable we were not charged in this instance.

Sehr enttäuschend, wir waren seit vielen Jahren gerne im Virgilio. Ab jetzt ist das Haus nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel

Cons:

Wir haben ein miserables Zimmer bekommen. Balkon zur Nottreppe nach Norden raus, stark abgenutzte Couch,
Strandbetrieb war bereits eingestellt, obwohl auf der eigenen Website stand, dass der Strand noch offen hat.
