Maravilhoso boa localização, limpeza
Muito boa e todos os funcionários muito atenciosos em especial ao garçom do café da manhã (Gustavo ou Guilherme) muito atencioso e fez amizade conosco hahaha!!

Cons:

Apenas um pequeno detalhe no banheiro que deu um vazamento no cano do vaso e acabou alagando banheiro mais foi super tranquilo . A equipe arrumou bem rápido

Café da manhã bom, o atendimento dos funcionários também achei bom.

Cons:

Achei a iluminação do quarto ruim, com luz branca. Sem luzes intermediárias, sem abajures ou interruptores próximo da cama. O piso do banheiro impróprio, fica escorregadio e a forma como é a abertura do Box, acaba molhando muito o piso. A maçaneta de abertura do chuveiro era dura de difícil regulagem! O restante todo, estava ok. Mas a iluminação no quarto pra mim é algo bem importante. Acho inadmissível um quarto com luz branca!

Pros:

Ótima localização, bastante confortável e limpo, área da piscina muito boa e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Não há nenhuma tomada no quarto para carregar equipamentos eletrônicos , só no banheiro e no holl de acesso ao quarto (Pelo menos no quarto 804, no qual ficamos). Outro problema: a internet não presta, muito lenta e cai o tempo todo. Problema com a demora dos elevadores (pelo menos em alguns momentos). E alguns funcionários da recepção não foram tão simpáticos em momentos que precisei. No mais, é tranquilo.

Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, estrutura completa com piscina aquecida , Tobogã, camas confortáveis, ótimo chuveiro e um café da manha muito completo.

Cons:

O hotel é muito antigo, o quarto no qual ficamos está muito desgastado, portas, pintura, estrutura do banheiro . Precisamos de conserto no box que não fechava, e a solicitação foi atendida de imediato. O valor cobrado é incompatível com o estado de conservação do quarto.
