Hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff, needs some updates to make it more comfortable.
Pros:

Great location for the even I was attending. We had issues with the room we booked but was quickly accommodated by an upgrade to a King suite

Cons:

the tv didnt work in the first room and I paid for a breakfast package but the kitchen was closed early on Sunday. We went down to her breakfast before checkout around 1030 and it was already closed.

We only had 3 channels to watch because all the good channels were gone. Please look into getting another cable provider because Dish is not it.

Never will be going back!! Don’t spend your money here they will keep charging your card and just tell you they can’t do

Easy Acess to everything/ swimming pool and jacuzzi

Cons:

The never mention that we had to pay for parking the card reader to get back in from the pool wasn’t working which they failed to tell us and when got stuck out at the pool had to have someone let us in and also over charged my card it’s was supposed to be 362 they charged me 491

Three recent stays
Pros:

Location. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

I've stayed at this Courtyard Marriott three times recently. On a stay Dec. 15th we could not get the heat to work , it got colder as the night went on ( as low as 61). It was reported to the desk the next morning.
We did not ask for another room that night. I was there for a post op visit and moving was not something we wanted to do.
