Would definitely recommend a stay here
Pros:

Great location, in nice street very close to bus stop into centre. Room had everything I needed. Friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast in morning.

Just the ticket if a bit spartan.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast very nice and good value. Staff helpful. It was 30secs walk from main busroutes to various parts of teh city

Cons:

The room felt a bit like student accommodation a bit spartan for the money. Shower and doors could be updated. Noise from walking in floor above was pronounced.
