Overall ok, but the room situation was pretty bad and not what we expected, booked and paid for

Lovely staff, overall clean, however bathroom needs maintenance with toilet roll holder falling off the wall etc.

Cons:

Booked as a family and picked two rooms that are interconnected with each other. We were given two separate bedrooms that were next to each other and therefore we had to split up. Everyone with kids knows how annoying it is to walk back and forth through the hallway and having an very early night bedtime etc. we double checked and ask if we can have the room we booked and were told it is the right rooms ? Not sure if they actually have the advertised family room? Would’ve been definitely a better way to spend our weekend…

Pros:

Kleines, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel direkt am Bahnhof. Zimmer waren sauber allerdings die Klimanlage/Heizung war die kplt. drei Nächte defekt (ging überhaupt nicht) dadurch war es relativ kühl im Zimmer, vor allem im Bad.
Dazu kam noch, dass der Aufzug am ersten Tag nicht funktionierte ( was ich auch schon bei früheren Bewertungen gelesen habe) und wenn man dann schon etwas älter ist und ständig in den 6. Stock zu Fuß über ein ziemlich enges Treppenhaus muss, hat das mit Komfort nichts zu tun. Wir bekamen auch kein anderes Zimmer. An den ersten zwei Tagen hatten wir dann morgens auch noch mehrmals Stromausfall. Dieser war immer nur kurz aber wenn man plötzlich im Bad im Dunkeln steht.
Das Personal und die Jungs am Empfang waren freundlich und bemüht. Unsere Koffer wurden uns dann ins Zimmer gebracht.
Frühstücksraum klein aber ausreichend. Ebenso das Frühstück. Ausreichendes Buffet, alles da was man braucht für ein Frühstück. allerdings auch hier hat die Kaffeemaschine am dritten Tag den Geist aufgegeben und da es keine zweite Maschine gibt, gab es den ganzen Morgen keinen Kaffee.
Die Lage des Hotels allerdings ist sehr gut, da die Nähe zum Bahnhof und Metro natürlich viele Vorteile bringt.
Wir buchen eigentlich immer ganz gerne im Ibis und hatten diesmal etwas Pech. Wäre schön, wenn man diese Mängel, die es ja scheinbar schon länger gibt in Ordnung bringen würde, denn dann wäre es dort ganz in Ordnung.
Aber da wir öfter in Paris und auch andere Hotel dieser Preiskategorie kennen, bei denen es im Grunde nicht besser ist haben wir einfach das Beste daraus gemacht, darüber geschmunzelt und unseren Parisaufenthalt trotzdem genossen.

Cons:

Aufzug, Klimaanlage sollten funktionieren und bei der Verteilung der Zimmer wäre es schön, wenn man vielleicht auch das Alter der Gäste berücksichtigt. Rentner sollten vielleicht nicht im 6. Stock untergebracht werden wenn der Aufzug nicht funktioniert, während junge Menschen im ersten und zweiten Stock untergebracht sind.

Leider war das Zimmer, was mein Sohn und ich uns geteilt hatten viel zu klein für 2 Personen.
Es war eng und für unsere Koffer gab es keinen Platz und auch keinen richtigen Schrank. Auch das Badezimmer viel zu eng und die Toilette war direkt vor der Dusche.
Hätte ich leider so nicht erwartet und es gab bei der Buchung oder der Zimmerauswahl nicht ein einziges Foto von diesen kleinen Zimmer.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per spostarsi , ben collegata sia con i treni che con la metro avendo la stazione gar de l’est a due minuti a piedi . Struttura carina , pulita , stanze piccole ma abbastanza curate. Bella la vista dai piani alti sui tetti parigini

Cons:

Colazione con pochissima scelta , alle ore 9.00 era già tutto finito ed è stato rimpiazzato poco o nulla con tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Avevo peraltro chiesto del latte vegetale o senza lattosio non potendo bere altro ma non hanno soddisfatto la mia richiesta .
Ci vuole più attenzione e varietà di scelta.

Acceptable pour une ou deux nuits
Pros:

L’emplacement. L’hôtel est à deux minutes de la Gare de l’Est et nous devons prendre le lendemain le train. C’était pratique. Aux alentours vous avez tout ce qu’il faut: restaurant, supermarché, métro etc.

Cons:

La chambre est petite. Le prix est trop cher pour cet hébergement. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas au top.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage (nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt), Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und rund um die Uhr erreichbar.
Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, für jeden ist was dabei.
