Good value for money.
Pros:

Close to the train station and restaurants

Cons:

Rooms can only accomodate 2 people. So for a family of 4, two (2) rooms were required. Luckily my children are somehow slightly grown ups, so they occupied an adjacent room but had to constantly check on them (although they enjoyed having their brief independence & freedom).

The price-value ratio is acceptable, but not really good. Suitable for rail travelers.

Jó volt a büféreggeli, valamint számunkra fontos volt a Gare de l'Est közelsége. A pályaudvari környezetre számítottunk, ezt a szállás elhelyezkedése ellensúlyozta.
The breakfast buffet was good, and the proximity to Gare de l'Est was important to us. We expected the train station environment, but the location of the accommodation compensated for this.

Cons:

A szállás három csillagos besorolása erősen eltúlzott. A szoba eléggé kicsi. Más 3* szállásokon vízforraló, kevés kávé/tea is rendelkezésre áll. A legfőbb problémánk azonban az volt, hogy a lift rossz volt, és ott-tartózkodásunk alatt nem is javították meg. A 4. emeletre egy szűk, kb. 80 cm széles csigalépcsőn lehetett feljutni.
The three-star rating of the accommodation is greatly exaggerated. The room is quite small. Other 3* accommodation also has a kettle and a small amount of coffee/tea. However, our main problem was that the lift was bad and was not repaired during our stay. The 4th floor was reached via a narrow, approx. 80 cm wide spiral staircase.

Die Lage war sehr gut direkt beim Bahnhof.

Cons:

Schon der erste Eindruck beim betreten des Hotels war sehr enttäuschend. Der Aufzug war klappeig und hat mehrere Versuche gebraucht um loszufahren. Die Gänge zu den Zimmern sehr eng und winkelig. Die Zimmer dann entsprechend extrem klein, alter abgetretener Teppichboden und schmuddelig.
Wir haben dann gemäß den Stornobedingungen die 1. Nacht bezahlt und sind dann noch direkt am Anreisetag nochmal umgezogen.
Bilder sind irreführend und woher diese guten Bewertungen stammen ist uns ein Rätsel.

Bon séjour à part les incivilités des personnes qui n’ont aucun respect pour les autres

La position de l’hôtel par rapport à la gare

Cons:

Le bruit dans l’hôtel réveillée à 6h du matin par des cris dans le couloir les portes qui claquent et rebelote
quand ces personnes à 7h sont remontées du petit déjeuner pas moyen de se rendormir

Ótima opção para quem busca praticidade de locomoção por metrô
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom! A localização é perfeita para quem usa as estações Gare du Nord e Gare de l'Est. Há muitas opções de fast food por perto (KFC, McDonald's e Burger King) e um supermercado no mesmo quarteirão.

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno, estávamos com 3 malas e mal tinha espaço para andar. Além disso, não tinha frigobar e a janela dá direto para o prédio da frente, tirando a privacidade já que as pessoas conseguem olhar para dentro.

Verkehrsgünstige Lage am Gare de l‘Est.

Cons:

Wie auch andere bereits an dieser Stelle geschrieben haben, entspricht das Hotel leider nicht (mehr) dem Standard, den man sonst von Ibis Styles-Hotels gewohnt ist. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein dauerhaftes Ärgernis, so gab es z.B. bereits um 8 Uhr keine Marmelade mehr, obwohl ein Mitarbeiter ständig anwesend war.
Ich hatte davor zwei Nächte im Ibis Styles in Sevilla übernachtet - kein Vergleich!

Paris ist definitiv eine Reise wert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Es ist direkt beim Bahnhof, die Metro und der Busbahnhof sind direkt vor der Tür. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und Restaurants. An der Ecke neben dem Hotel gibt es eine leckere und preisgünstige Pizza zum mitnehmen.
Unser Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, zwar klein aber es war ausreichend. Zur Info, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank.
Wir hatten zwei nebeneinander liegende Zimmer mit Verbindungstüren. Das war für uns als Familie super praktisch.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es war für jeden etwas dabei.
Wir konnten unser Gepäck noch problemlos im Hotel bis Abends lassen.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Die Kirche Saint-Laurent gegenüber ist lohnenswert zu sehen.
Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden auch wieder dort buchen.

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel in der Nähe leben einige Obdachlose. Es war dadurch immer ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden durch laute Gespräche. Unser Zimmer war im ersten Stock zur Straße. Dadurch haben wir den Lärm mehr mitbekommen. Eventuell ist das in den oberen Stockwerken besser.
Insgesamt lag in Paris sehr viel Müll auf den Straßen und in Parks.
