Important information:

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Une grande déception. Loin d’un 4 étoiles

Le spa et la piscine

Cons:

Personnel jeune, peu aimable, pas orienté service pour donner de l’aide, connaissant pas la station ni les navettes. Tv et wifi inutilisables dans l’appartement. 79 marches pour atteindre le bâtiment E. Infaisable à pied quand non motorisé, surtout pendant les heures de fermeture de l’accueil entre 12.30 et 16.00 !!!! Apparemment très basique pour le prix. Sans décoration et mal nettoyé

great week, but mainly due to the fantastic weather. will not return to CGH oree des cimes
Pros:

Perfect location, but way overpriced (5k for 1 week) in terms of comfort. no towel change, cleaning service. 4-6pax app way too small for my family (3kids). Typical French customer service approach, felt like I was back in my old student times. WIFI sucks. Location though is perfect, and we had a wonderful week, mainly because of the perfect weather and the great ski area of les arcs. Will return to les arcs, not to CGH

Could have been lovely, but wasn’t
Cons:

WiFi was too poor to enable streaming and there was no mobile signal. The staff conned me into buying parking in a car park I could not get into - a waste of 80 euros.

A good choice for family and small groups self catering with easy access to restaurants and slopes.
Pros:

Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Celia was especially helpful.
Efficient early morning delivery from the boulangerie for croissants and baguettes

Cons:

Bar and cafe area in the reception and pool area could be considered.

Good apartment but shame no WiFi and no help carrying up all the stairs from reception
Pros:

Location near slopes but no lift to apartment block so have to carry cases up about 6 flights of stairs!

Cons:

No WiFi at all in the apartment and staff not interested in helping

Pros:

The apartment was ideal for our family of 6. It was less than a minute away from a major chairlift and a gondola lift. Ski storage was easily accessible once we figured out where it was. Breakfast could be ordered at reception which helped a lot. Gym, Sauna and steam rooms were a welcome addition for some of us. Our balcony had a great view, which we loved especially on New Year's Eve.

Comfortable apartment in a great ski in / ski out location
Pros:

An excellent apartment overlooking the slopes with access to ski lockers and within a few steps of the Grizzly chairlift. The main building has a well equipped wellness centre for use by guests which has a gym, pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas. The apartment was small but well furnished and clean with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The restaurants and bars of Vallandry are a short walk away.

Cons:

An inventory of all the equipment is required to be taken when you check into the apartment but this lists many items which are not present (e.g. vacuum cleaner ). The reception informed us that these were generic inventory lists and we shouldn't worry about items which were not present or which were present but damaged. I would suggest guests take time to do the inventory and to take a video of how they leave the apartment afterwards to cover themselves.

Spacious apartments. Close to two lifts (Vallandry and Grizzly).

Pros:

Fab location, great facilities. Decent and spacious if basic apartments.

Cons:

First, sort out the WiFi. You're a 4* residence. Litteraly no connection in the E building. Not really acceptable in 2024. If you can't provide it, then tell us, we can prep. Really simple fix.

Second, it's a really big place, and there's not enough staff to manage the number of people turning up to check in at 5 on a Saturday - a 5pm check in is late, sorry needs to be slick. They work hard but are clearly overwhelmed.
