If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. Parking rates for the summer season 2025: EUR 32/car/weekGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Le cadre , le spa hammam. la réactivité du personnel pour les petits désagréments. Et les imprévus.

Cons:

Quelques soucis de fonctionnement des objets usuels. ( Serrure de porte pas très pratique)

Had a great time, would happily return.
Pros:

Nice apartment, ski in ski out as long as you can handle an easy blue run. Plenty of car parking in their multi story car park.

Lovely swimming pool and big jacuzzi, bit annoying that a lifeguard kept coming round and turfing anyone under 16 out of the jacuzzi, if you’ve got small kids it’s means you have to get out too.

The accommodation is looking a little worn and is expensive to take dogs.
Pros:

We have been here many times, we love the area but the apartments are starting to look a little dated

Cons:

On arrival always a queue and takes a while to book in. On arrival the pillowcases were dirty and it took them 3 days to give us clean ones. Also the same with the tea towel.

Super easy ski-in, ski-out in resort with foot or bus access to everything. Sauna and pool
Pros:

Hotel was great, with comfortable apartments. Living room was a bit small with sofa space only for 2 or max 3. Heating and altitude made everything super dry though. Kitchen small but well equipped. Liked having ski locker next to apartment. Sauna and pool well appreciated. Depending on apartment building could need to walk a bit through resort with skis, but only 100m max. Good staff, can order fresh bread and croissants. High price but booked last minute.

Very good
Pros:

Beautiful area for hiking in the summer. Supermarket is within walking distance(15min or so). By car it's also very easy, and nice, to drive to Italy. The border is just 10-15min away. Furthermore, the property was spacious (2 bedroom appt) with a nice view of the valley and opposite mountains. The beds were comfortable, we didn't try the Sofa bed. The staff, Clara, was very helpful for restaurant options and to generally point us in the right direction for everything that is going on in the area.

Cons:

Nothing noteworthy that needs improvement.

We had a fabulous holiday. Nice spa. Fantastic ski rental next door. Bus stop outside the apartment.

Great location. Fabulous view. Large spa. Decent apartment. Ski in/out to apartment.

Cons:

Very small bedroom. Difficult to use the oven despite instructions. Friendly staff but very young. Apartment needed a slight facelift and some essential supplies for if you arrive late.Eg teabags, coffee, milk, oil, bread, jam, eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, bottled water and a bottle of wine. (A welcome package) Extra bed linens, pillows and blankets. Better washing up liquid and cleaning products, more loo rolls and better bathroom products. Everything was fine but felt frugal, and not quite luxurious enough.

good apartment - not so great other fasciities
Pros:

we got an overall comfortable and soasious apartment with a great view. the location is fantastic with ski in / ski out, however there is a bit of walk to the village (not much) if one needs to go on foot. the apartment had everything we needed, was clean and pleasantly decorated.

Cons:

with that, we felt like in a low cost flight - every little thing one had to pay for. extra towel is 2 euro. A but if shower gel, some complementary tea and coffee would really be appreciated. Aat the check out we received a list of things we had to clean (take off the bed sheets, polish the inside of an oven and a fridge, throw the garbage - if not done properly, it would cost us 80-100 euros). a huge drawback was the Wi-Fi - connecting to the internet via a computer took each of the 3 of us almost one hour! working like that was close to impossible. and you could only connect 4 devices in a flat. another huge disappointment was the spa - the pool and the jakuzi were cold during our stay, apparently some issue with water quality - no goodwill despite us deliberately picking accommodation with the pool. But even the air in the pool area was not warm enough, and when they managed finally to warm up the water towards the end of our stay (still too cold in our view), it was freezing to come out of it into the cold air. So despite the nice apartment, all of the above created some disappointments tainting our stay in this place with overall great potential.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Indications peu précises sur la circulation dans le bâtiment, nous nous sommes retrouvés plusieurs fois au mauvais endroit pour retrouver la porte de notre logement. Prix du parking très élevé.

Pros:

Notre séjour était très bien mais a l'arrivée j'ai du faire le nettoyage 2 fois le sol était dégueulasse et plein de poile de chien
C'est très bien pour les familles avec animaux pour les autres c'est franchement sale surtout avec 2 enfants en bas âge qui sont souvent a jouer parterre
De simples excuses on été faite
Apar ce gros détails qui fait que je ne reviendrai pas très bon séjour

Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Si vous prenez un appartement pour 4 personnes, vous vous trouvez forcément en rez-de-chaussée et la c'est horrible. Aucune insonorisation. Pour notre part nous étions au dessus du local à ski et d'un ascenseur, le cauchemar. Personnes ne respecte les règles aussi bien au sein de la résidence que dans le jacuzzi. Personnel inexistant.
