I love the look of the place. The hotel itself is incredible. Despite it being old, it does not feel haunted or anything like that at all. It just feels going back in time. Room attendant is reliable as well. The sheets & bath towels are cleaned every time we go back. It's really quiet.
The exact key to your room can also be used to open the doors outside which is really weird. Does that mean we can open other room doors as well? Idk i dont believe that is safe at all

Walk in Shower
Central and accessible location, comfy bed, clean and tidy room.
The microwave didn't work, so I had to throw out food I'd prepared for heating. There was mould in the shower and the internet cut out right at the end of a movie and wouldn't re-load despite trouble shooting
Nice little Hotel. Car park on site was handy. Large comfortable room.
I was there over the weekend and could hear lots of hotted up cars being revved at night (was in the courtyard room). Other than that, we had a pleasant stay!
Staff was excellent and accommodating
The communal area with comfortable leather chairs was great for an afternoon drink.
Very close to restaurants and centre of town.
The street noise of hooning cars was disruptive
Great location.
Perfect location to explore all Launceston has to offer
No complaints it was perfect for my stay
Reasonable location and easy to find and park on site.
No facilities and wrongly described as a boutique hotel.Rather old and tired decor - particularly bathroom.Need blinds to cut out light and noise.
Can’t really call this a hotel as no staff really present and lack of basic amenities- even had to pay for bottles of water.
Good location
The location was great and everything was very clean.
The room layouts seemed odd and didn’t leave much room for opening a suitcase. I didn’t like that my room was serviced on the last day of my 3-night stay. I had the ‘no service needed sign on my door’ so it felt invasive and a waste as they replaced all the towels and half-used toiletries. Not very sustainable.
Very well presented and immaculate

Walking distance to CBD
Very noisy intersection, and being in the stables meant roof height was very low, 3 skylights facing the afternoon sun but couldn't be opened for any fresh air so it feels very stuffy, yes there was aircon which we had to have on even though it was only 21° outside. Bathroom was very basic as were the kitchenette facilities, it just needs an update all around.
