Great location and pleasant stay, welcoming staff.
Pros:

The architecture is gorgeous

Cons:

The building has some serious movement and cracks which need to be monitored. The bathroom needs to be refurbished. It’s aged and would value from an upgrade.

I rang to cancel they said they would refund into my account but didn’t. When I realised I was still booked to stay when I rang they said that I’d booked on a non refundable stay. I was very disappointed and will never stay and I will tell others what occurred

Pros:

Staff were very flexible and lovely when I requested a late check out.
I love the foyer area, the art and history.

Cons:

I would love a microwave so I could make some oats in the morning. Also mugs for coffee rather than the very old fashioned tiny cups.

Its a good hotel to stay at
Pros:

I like the location its a few minutes away from a couple of food places and if you wanted to go to woolies or something just walk its really not that far from the hotel. The service was lovely and helped when I felt stupid when I couldnt get the bathroom door to open. I loved being downstairs when it was quiet and looking at the decorations aswell

Cons:

I didnt like that parking situation was first come first serve. when you go to a hotel you dont wanna be stuck finding a car spot because the small car area is full and in the morning you have to move your car since youll have to park on the street or something but thats only a small thing and isnt a big deal
