Sahan is a soft spoken helpful leader and Sandra and Akexandra show all their customers extra care. The bar and lounge areas are
Pros:

The Hotel is very conveniently located at a stone s throw from Canterbury West Station and the logo is eye catching with the distinctive F. The name is well chosen and as you walk in you get a good impression. The staff work very hard and support each other and do more than one task outside of their immediate department so be prepared to be patient if you have requests. Their set up can be a bit frustrating if you are trying to contact them about something only because they have fewer people who can answer specific questions and also because their system seems like it could be better linked up to accommodate what should be expected traveller requests. However I have never let them deter me from staying with them as the bigger picture is a well meaning friendly staff who often get very busy as it is a popular hotel. I Breakfast is also decent. Air conditioning may be worth installing for them but it is my go to place despite sometimes gavk g to call or email more than once to have a simple reauest dealt with. The sitting room is very nice and their other loyal customers say their afternoon tea is very good but I believe it has to be pre ordered. I gave always found them friendly and welcoming. Do try this hotel.

Pros:

Posizione, camera spaziosa e letto molto comodo.

Mini break
Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location, which was convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room was quite small and had very limited storage, making it difficult to keep belongings organised.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was disappointing. There was visible mould and dark buildup around the shower seals and corners, and the overall condition of the bathroom suggested that it needed a more thorough deep clean and some maintenance.

The location is a positive, but the small room, lack of storage, and mouldy bathroom made the stay less comfortable than expected.

A beautifully decorated hotel. Would recommend.
Pros:

The bar area was beautiful, as were the surrounding sitting rooms. The rooms were attractive and I appreciated the fan.

Cons:

Having asked if mine and my husband's rooms could be next to each other, we were put on different floors. My friends, who also came and booked after me, were put next door to me. They could have been given the room on the other floor so my husband and I were next to each other as requested. It was strange and not very helpful.
The buffet at breakfast was laid out on a small side-board area so there were queues. It would be easier if it were spread out on a larger surface.
It's a small issue but I didn't enjoy getting my coffee from a push-down-top thermos canteen. It was tricky to use and reminded me of a work venue or conference centre.
