Great location, loved having the spa bath on the balcony! Didn't get the name of the gentlemen on reception but he was so welcoming and gave us some recommendations of must see sights and places to see.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to beach and restaurants, under cover parking, 4 large pools for swimming. The room had a good size balcony with spa, ceiling fan in room and on balcony. Nice size bathroom, clean. Microwave, jug, toaster. Relaxing.

Musty but nice
Pros:

The location was close to town. The room was great. Our room open the sliding door straight into the pool.

Cons:

Our room was very musty when we walked into the room. It dissipated with time but built up every time we walked into the room.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service at Mantra Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Mantra Hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was outstanding—everything was well-maintained, fresh, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more relaxing.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were all very kind, approachable, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I would especially like to mention Mr. Donnie Hernandez, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests made a big difference.

Overall, I highly recommend Mantra Hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

Good value for money if you want convenience without spending big
Pros:

Close to the beach and restaurants, the pools are great, staff were friendly, and the room was nice enough.

Cons:

The tv was tiny and there wasn’t really anywhere to open up our suitcases.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Property is central and within walking distance of Port Douglas shops, cafes, Cole’s. We walked most places.

Cons:

I would have liked a thicker blanket or option of an extra blanket. However my husband was fine with just a sheet so it depends how easily you feel the cold.

Of all of the places we've stayed in Port Douglas so far, Mantra Aqueous is superior in all aspects.
Pros:

The location and layout of the apartment was excellent - it was quiet but right in the heart of everything. The decor was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The spa on the balcony was an absolute bonus.
