Avoid. Go elsewhere
Pros:

Location is beautiful

Cons:

I hope you dont have plumbing issues at night because you are on your own...management said there was no maintenance and "the best I can do is give you a plunger"...also stated, "leave the plunger in the hallway when you are done and housekeeping will grab it"... not all phones in the bedroom are hooked up...or have a phone cord (found this out when we had the plumbing issue).

I chose Pay at Property (confirmed by Booking) and they charged me the day of my arrival before I got there... management said "it showed prepay which is why we charged you this morning"...

No morning coffee
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing and clean.
Elevator is smooth fast and I can't even tell it moved. Parking was great.

Cons:

No coffee. Was 6 am and couldn't get coffee till 7. Huge line of people waiting.
I ended up skipping my morning coffee and breakfast for my 7 hour drive home.
Most hotels have a Continental breakfast. But all hotels but this one have coffee ready in the morning.

I’d stay again but ask for a different room due to temperature issues
Pros:

The lobby, rooms, restaurant as great. The temperature in the room around 2 am would get very warm even when we lowered the temperature on the thermostat. That was our only issue. Not great for sleeping.

Cons:

Room temperature at night

Very good perfect location to everything
Pros:

Location is the best, very clean and roomy

Cons:

No microwave shampoo and lotion smell manly really should have a pool when you bring it up it shows the pools. usually I don't use them but I had my granddaughter with me. I love staying here but I would of booked one with pool for her.

It was good.
Pros:

The location was excellent for our plans. Very easy access from the highway. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner. Toilet looked good until you lifted the seat. Not cleaned underneath. Hallways needed vacuuming.
