Muito bom hotel.
Pros:

Localização excelente fui a pé pra 2 shopings, sky costaneita. Bom café da manhã com café de maquina. Tem restaurante muito bom pra almoço e jantar com preços normais.

Cons:

Primeiro me colocaram em 2 aptos do 3 andar de escada. O meu quarto tava com cheiro de cigarro no banheiro e o quarto dos filhos deu problema na porta. Com isso mudamos de quarto e foi os 2 pra 2 andar.

Cons:

El hotel tiene la mala práctica de cancelar reservas por overbooking con la excusa de que no se puede procesar el cobro de la tarjeta. Me rechazaron tres tarjetas. Llegué a destino perdiendo tiempo de la estancia contactando con el Hotel y con Booking.

Lo mejor que tiene es la ubicación

Cons:

Es muy antiguo, la cama horriblemente incómoda, nos tocó el último piso y además del calor insoportable (que algo se mitigaba con el aire acondicionado), el baño parecía que uno estaba entre agachado y expuesto a los vecinos

Adorável, fácil acesso a pontos turísticos (metrô Tobalaba/ Los Leones), maravilhoso o verde dali.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, há uma entrada principal pela Rua Los Españoles que é muito tranquila, arborizada, e vc pode sair tbém pela porta que dá na Av. Santa María que caminhando por uns 5 minutos te levará ao Shopping/Sky Costanera. Num dos dias, caminhando pela Rua Padre Letelier (próxima do hotel), e outras mais p frente, logo chegamos ao teleférico Santiago para Cerro San Cristóbal. Subimos de teleférico e optamos por descer pelo Funicular Santiago (trem) que ao final dá no famoso e boêmio bairro Bellavista. O café da manhã é muito satisfatório, o hotel limpo, limpo, nosso quarto dava para a Rua Los Españoles, um sossego total para o repouso, ducha muito boa, banheiro limpo, cama e travesseiros aconchegantes. Funcionários muito atenciosos tbém. No Shopping Cenco Costanera tem um supermercado muito bom - Jumbo - que também algumas vezes aproveitamos para tomar café da tarde e comprar algumas coisas que podíamos guardar no frigobar do nosso quarto. Com certeza, numa volta ficaremos lá!
