Atendimento é excelente, o quarto, limpeza, localização, tudo estava ótimo.
Poderiam explicar melhor o processo do café, pois tem alguns pacotes quando se compra avulso e não está tão explicito quanto parece, mas o café é muito bom.

Katastrophe ist die Attitude, wenn man um 12.00 Uhr (angekündigt) von Übersee anreist und die Bereitschaft ein Zimmer vor 15.00 Uhr bereit zu stellen einfach nicht da ist. Ein Grund nie wieder zu kommen. Irgendwann mache ich meine Drohung wahr.....
O hotel é bom mas pelo preço que se paga e pelo "brand" do Mandarin Oriental, eu esperava bem mais. O quarto é um pouco espartano e tem um desnível (dois degraus) que quase me custaram um acidente noturno ao levantar para tomar água a noite. Não justifica ter degraus em quarto de hotel. A decoração é simples, espartana até. Não tem o luxo esperado de um hotel desse nível. As áreas comuns também são simples. O restaurante é bom e merece um elogio. Não há manobrista, o que achei imperdoável em um hotel desse tipo. Tive que estacionar meu carro e subir com as bagagens por minha conta. Enfim, o hotel está mais para um 4 estrelas, um hotel de business, do que para um hotel de luxo.
Decoração simples, não há manobrista e ninguém se ofereceu para levar as malas.

Color café oscuro de los pasillos a las habitaciones tétrico , deben modernizarse ,en la actualidad se prefieren los colores claros e iluminados . Las alfombras estaban manchadas lo que no se corresponde con un hotel de esta categoría .
Camera amplia e pulita, ottime le parti comuni e la piscina. Staff molto gentile anche a farmi recapitare a casa delle t-shirt che avevamo dimenticato in struttura.
Non c'è scelta di taxi all'esterno della struttura ma solo auto private a prezzi molto alti
