Um hotel com funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. As comodidades já denotam o peso da idade, embora ainda estejam a um nível bom! Gostamos da piscina e do pequeno almoço, que está à altura de um hotel desta categoria

Muy malo. Seguramente el peor Mandarin Oriental del mundo.

Cons:

No tiene spa, no tiene personal, tardan muchísimo en el bar y en traer la cuenta. Hacen cumpleaños o eventos en la terraza con animaciones que molestan a los huéspedes y cobran usd 450 la habitación antigua…. Es un robo.

Hotel caro y malo

Lo único rescatable es la ubicación

Cons:

Este hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece. Nos alojamos dos noches, antes de nuestro matrimonio y la noche de bodas
Llegamos y la persona que nos recibió no fue para nada amable. Para la segunda noche o cambiaron las sábanas que estaban manchadas . La mucama simplemente dio vuelta la almohada y la puso debajo de otra que estaba limpia
La mañana de nuestra noche de bodas una mucama toca la puerta una sola vez sin esperar que le respondan, abre la puerta y entra a la habitación. Impresentable y además de eso, da instrucciones que teníamos que poner el cartel de no molestar aún cuando estaba encendido el sistema que tienen con una luz roja que indica que no se puede molestar.
Luego de todo esto, La manager no hizo más que dar excusas sin sentido. Que las sábanas no se cambian si el huésped no lo pide porque “hay gente que prefiere la sustentabilidad”. También decía que todos sus clientes del hotel quedan felices o sea nosotros éramos los raros que no estábamos conformes
Luego de las sábanas sin cambiar y la mucama que entra como si nada y dando instrucciones creo que no somos los huéspedes extraños que no les gustó el hotel
Mandarín Santiago no tiene estándar de hotel 5 estrellas y no está ni cerca de otros hoteles Mandarín en el mundo.
