Pros:

me gusto el hotel todo excelente con la atencion, la piscina estaba cerrada por ser temporada de invierno, el desayuno muy bueno, la habitacion tambien muy buena solo la tv no era smart pero nos dieron un equipo para poder ver streming

Cons:

no pudimos atendernos en el spa para los masajes porque estaba muy lleno, no habia disponibilidad, tal vez se deberia ampliar mas

Pros:

O Hotel é fabuloso, equipe muito atenciosa, localização excelente ao lado do parque arauco e a comida é fantástica, segunda vez que ficamos e estamos ansiosos para retornar.

Cons:

Não é defeito, mas pelo padrão do hotel poderia ter ducha higiênica nos vasos sanitários do quartos.
