La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación súper cómoda y bien equipada, el staff muy amable, tuvimos un problema personal y nos ayudaron de principio a fin a resolverlo, el hotel tiene tienda, restaurante, servicios, cafetería, excelente calidad de gimnasio casi no dan ganas de salir
Es mas costoso que un hotel estandar en Santiago y el desayuno no estaba incluido

Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Santiago was exceptional from beginning to end. Every single person on the team made such an effort to chat with us and help with recommendations throughout our four nights there. It is rare to experience such genuine warmth and hospitality in a luxury hotel.
A special thank you to Andreas, who organised a wonderful private trip to Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and a winery lunch, as well as helping with excellent restaurant recommendations during our stay. Rodregas in the Atrium Bar was fantastic, recommending beautiful wines and food, and Gonzalo, the breakfast manager, always took the time to chat with us and suggest places to visit in Santiago. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent restaurants, large luxurious rooms, and stunning design throughout. We were incredibly grateful for the upgrade to a room with spectacular mountain views, which made our stay even more memorable.
I have stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world, and this has by far been my favourite — not just because of the beautiful property, but because of the wonderful people who truly make the hotel special.

El hotel es antiguo en la parte de los accesos a las habitaciones. Es hotel recomedalado. Pero el resto de las instalaciones son nuevas, modernas y las habitaciones una comodidad sin igual. Los amenities eran de los mejores que encontré en muchos hoteles. Tenía crema para cuerpo, batas, cepillo de dientes, cepillo de pelo, peine, y pantuflas !!! La atención del personal.superior.! Toda la atención del hotel es magnífica. Muy muy buena. El lobo maravilloso, los 3 o 4 restó de comida de nivel. El desayuno un capítulo aparte. Super bien servido. Destacó la atención de Daniel Reyes. El.menu de huevos supremo.
Todo perfecto. Tal vez diria que los ambientes estaban bastante fríos. La calefacción de encendió recién el tercer dia. Pero es cierto que veníamos de calor y nos tocaron 2 dias.muy fríos. Pero nada que decir.

Ambiente amplio y limpio . Bien decorado .
Apenas llegamos a las 18:30 aproximadamente . Nos instalamos en la habitación . Y una persona entró a hacer housekeeping. Ella tocó la puerta y nosotros estábamos a punto de dormir y entró a la habitación rápidamente . Le explicamos que habíamos entrado hace menos de 10 minutos a la habitación. Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que nosotros teníamos agendado el brunch que comenzaba q las 13:00, a esa hora teníamos la reserva y preguntamos en la recepción al momento de hacer el checkout si podíamos dejar nuestro auto en el estacionamiento del
Hotel hasta las 14:00 app que era la hora en que pensamos retirarnos del brunch , y nos puso una cara rara , nos dijo que no , pero que iba a hacer una excepción . Siento que ese hecho, de poner trabas deja con un sabor amargo . Además que el estacionamiento estaba vacío , habían muy pocos vehículos estacionados . Diferente sería si fuera una fecha de alto flujo , pero siento que la disposición fue mala . No sé si volveríamos al hotel , a pesar de que las instalaciones estaban súper bien , siento que eso arruinó nuestra percepción .

Gym facilities for a hotel of this calibre are poor
Lo mejor del hotel es el staff, son todos tremendamente amables y agradables, tratan de solucionar cualquier pequeño inconveniente que uno pueda tener. El desayuno es exquisito, tienen mucha variedad de cosas dulces y saladas, todas de excelente calidad y presentación. Las camas son increíbles y en general las instalaciones son muy cómodas.
Lamentablemente se estaban quedando unos artistas y eso hacía que la estadía fuera un poco incómoda, debido a que sus guardaespaldas impedían el paso en algunos lugares y eran un poco groseros. Además, la temporada de piscina es un poco corta en relación al clima local.
