Pros:

Tienen la mejor atención al cliente. La Directora de Habitaciones (Augustina) junto a su equipo (Sissel y Antonio) realmente dan la milla extra por marca una diferencia en la operación. Es un involucramiento de otro nivel para garantizar una experiencia extraordinaria en el hotel.

Y en el área de restaurante, sobre todo en la piscina: Nicolás, Rodrigo y Juan son unos rockstars totales. La mejor atención garantizada y no conocen la palabra “no”. Por el contrario, ellos saben cómo elevar la experiencia.

El Mandarín Oriental es TOP.

Um hotel com funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. As comodidades já denotam o peso da idade, embora ainda estejam a um nível bom! Gostamos da piscina e do pequeno almoço, que está à altura de um hotel desta categoria
