Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern, die Zimmer sind groß und renoviert, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Aussicht.Das Hotel hat eine Parkgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, was für uns sehr wichtig war.Man ist in circa 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Wir haben ein Taxi zur Alhambra genommen, 10 Minuten Fahrt.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, frisches Obst und Orangensaft, und eine große Auswahl an süßen oder salzigen Speisen.

Relatively central for town centre walked in and taxi back as it started to rain. 7€.
We parked in Neptuno commercial centre 24 hrs 15€ as missed the hotel parking entrance .
The parking was roomy for our big car and 50% empty a 2 min walk park by exit 4

Gym con maquinas en mal estado, la piscina en reparación, la terraza no se podia acceder ya que la tenian reservada para eventos. En el baño los dispensadores de jabones todos dañados
The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and well designed. We were on the 4th floor, so noise from below (with the window open) wasn't really an issue. I liked that there was a bathtub, and beds were pretty comfy. We chose this place as a short city-stay after Sierra Nevada, it delivered.
Nothing really to note, I thought it was a standard stay at a hotel. To be honest from some of the reviews I expected worse but the hotel exceeded my expectations.
El hotel está magníficamente situado y tiene unos servicios excelentes. El trato del personal ha sido muy cercano y profesional y el desayuno es muy variado, con productos de calidad. Además, sin esperarlo, nos nombraron clientes VIP y nos ofrecieron una suite con unas vistas inolvidables y nos permitieron retrasar la salida, todo sin coste.
Fue una estancia perfecta, sin ninguna objeción.

El baño que era un poco antigüo.
Trata-se de um grande hotel, com todos os serviços expectáveis. O quarto era espaçoso e a vista permitia ver um pouco da Sierra Nevada. O pequeno-almoço era extremamente variado, por cerca de 16€.
- A reposição do sabonete líquido e do condicionador na banheira apenas foi efetuada após solicitação. Verificou-se ainda que o frasco do condicionador apresentava sinais evidentes de diluição com água. Após reclamação, foi efetuado o respetivo reabastecimento.
- O valor do pequeno-almoço não correspondeu à informação inicialmente prestada no balcão.
- O hotel solicitou o pagamento total da reserva através de uma plataforma externa ao Booking.com, o que gerou desconforto, tendo em conta os riscos associados a este tipo de prática. Mesmo após o pagamento integral, foi novamente solicitado o mesmo valor, levantando preocupações. Posteriormente, o hotel pediu desculpa pela situação e confirmou a receção do pagamento da estadia.
- O mais grave: a piscina exterior, que é a principal imagem promocional do Barceló Granada Congress, encontrava-se em condições inaceitáveis durante toda a estadia.
No primeiro dia, estava visivelmente suja, com plásticos, etiquetas e folhas na água. Após reclamação, foi feita apenas uma limpeza superficial, mantendo-se a água imprópria para uso. A única alternativa apresentada foi pagar o acesso ao SPA (23€ por pessoa, total de 46€ para o casal).
Dois dias depois, a situação repetia-se (ou pior), com ainda mais resíduos na piscina. As mesas à volta encontravam-se sem qualquer manutenção, com copos, garrafas e robes abandonados há várias horas (notoriamente desde o dia anterior).
No último dia, a piscina encontrava-se simplesmente sem água.
