Mucha estrella para lo que ofrece
Pros:

Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación.

Cons:

1. Para empezar el tema de la limpieza de las habitaciones. Es la primera vez que veo que en un hotel son las 15 y todavía no han limpiado la habitación. El primer día bien pero ya el resto llegaban las 15:30 y todavía no tenías hecha la habitación. Nos íbamos a las 9 de la mañana de la habitación, dejábamos puesto el cartel de que pueden hacer la habitación, íbamos a comer y después de las 15 todavía sin hacer. Estuvimos 5 noches y el último día ni nos hicieron la habitación. A las 16:20 aparecieron para hacérnosla pero ya a esa hora le dijimos que no porque íbamos a descansar. Me parece increíble que estando la habitación libre desde las 9 no la hayan limpiado.

2. La zona de la piscina. Intentar bajar a la mañana y conseguir una zona donde sentarse ( porque encontrar hamaca tarea costosa) parece un reto. Eso sí para bajar a la tarde ningún problema.

3. El buffet nada que destacar. Tenías arroz, patatas fritas y frituras en todos los turnos. Por otra parte en el desayuno muchas veces bajabas y no había nadie en la plancha para poder pedir unos huevos. El tema del agua también me parece mal que la única forma de beber agua “gratis” sea de un único chorrito y en vasos pequeños. Se generaba cola y al final acababas rellenando varios vasos para no tener que hacer de nuevo la cola. El primer día no sabíamos de ello y pagamos 3,90 por una botella de agua.

Great location, very clean, rooms are a bit tired.
Pros:

Location. Right on the beach and very close to Los Boliches station

Cons:

Service at the reception bar and veranda was very poor. Limited bar and waiting staff that were either not there or too few to cope with the number of people needing service. Pool area does not get the sun so really not able to use it.

The Hotel looked tired . The rooms looked tired. Overall a good refurbishment programme needs to be implemented . And the pool area was very disappointing . Compared to Ilunion Mijas well ….

Hotel práctico, cómodo, limpio, familiar y con muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación muy limpia; reservamos una habitación para cuatro con dos niños pequeños y el sofá cama para ellos estaba bien, pero para un adulto no era demasiado cómodo. El desayuno estaba fenomenal: abundante, variado y bien atendido. El párking, aunque tiene un coste extra, también es muy práctico y cómodo.

Cons:

El suelo alrededor de la piscina se calienta y quema, y la parte más baja es 135 ctms, por lo que a los niños les cubría

Una primera escapada romántica ideal
Pros:

En general la habitación estaba impecable, era muy espaciosa, bonita y cómoda. Las vistas eran espectaculares. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno y la verdad que salimos de allí muy contentos; fue bastante completa y muy rica. Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar la piscina pero tenía muy buena pinta por lo que pudimos observar desde el balcón.

Cons:

Solicitamos que nos pusieran la cama deluxe, pero ni siquiera cuando llegamos al hotel nos comunicaron hasta que lo vimos que nos pusieron dos camas individuales, por otra parte, el baño era más pequeño de lo que esperábamos, a penas podíamos movernos con fluidez y la puerta tapaba completamente la ducha si está abierta.
