It was pleasant stay, but has not reached our expectations
Pros:

This stay was the 4th over the years. There are some positives about the property, such as it literally on the front row in relation to the beach. The room was spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean.
The stuff is very friendly, responsive, helpful.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation. The food was good, but limited in variety.
We were very disappointed with temperamental WiFi.

Osa henkilökunnasta todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli. Respassa hyvin Suomea puhuva henkilö.

Cons:

Allasosasto meni varjoon puolen päivän jälkeen. Aamupala valikoima suppea ja lämpimänä tarjottavat ruuat liian kylmiä. Astiat huonosti tiskattuja.

Cons:

Una sola persona para atender el check in. Mucho tiempo de espera. Mucho olor a tabaco en los pasillos. Las habitaciones piden a gritos una buena reforma.

Hôtel a la hauteur 🥰🥰🥰
Pros:

Un grand merci a mR fouad a la réception qui a été a l écoute et professionnel ainsi que mR Badou et Carlos qui ont montré leur respect envers les client un grand merci aussi aux femmes qui s occupent du buffet du petit déjeuner tout est magnifique merci a toute l équipe hôtel ilunion 👍

excellent stay hotel lounge area really nice and make an excellent coffee.
Pros:

room super clean, location is away from the main town (15min walk) and a bit quieter.

When booking my stay, I selected the option of a double bed, when arriving I was told it is all down to availability and was given a room with 2 single beds, they advised the only thing they could do was upgrade me to a junior sweet for an extra €15 a night. I turnt this down as had already spent nearly £300 on this room. To be given a room with 2 single beds, sand all on the floor and in the shower, the carpet was wet. The person next door to us had a dog in their room and was constantly barking, locked on the balcony from 4am till around 9am barking. When I brought this to receptions attention i was made to feel like it didn’t matter as I was checking out the next day, there words was “ok your checking out Tommorow but I’ll speak to them” this didn’t change anything and the dog continued to bark. Our room smelt like smoke and overall I was unhappy with my experience

Good location and value for money.
Pros:

Room cleaning service, the whole ground floor was nice

Cons:

For 2 days during heavy winds we had hard time to sleep. The windows are not good and wind was very loudly whistling. I had to stuck the curtain into doors to make it a little better.
Repetitiveness of breakfasts. Some dirty dishes in the restaurant during breakfast.
