I had bad accident in the room
Pros:

I did not get the room I requested I was given 2 double beds?
And a nail in the middle of the carpet pierced my foot that’s a major hazard

Sisäänkirjautumisessa virkailijat vaan juttelivat keskenään ja ottivat vastaan puheluita. Avain ei toiminut ja sain juosta edes takaisin tavaroitten kanssa

Ups and downs
Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was big and nice with very nice balcony.

Cons:

Staff weren't great. Bar staff in particular were random and refused to sell me a cocktail (they apparently only make them in the Summer!) Then someone else came in a short while after and ordered one from a different member of staff and got it! My coffee which was delivered (instead of a cocktail!) was then immediately taken away from me instead of the empty cup on the table! It was like a comedy sketch!

There were random lights/sockets in the room which didn't work - didn't bother to report it as wasn't there for long. Also rather short on toilet rolls!

Have stayed many times, slight disappointment with the room.
Pros:

Location, staff friendliness

Cons:

The bed wasnt comfortable, I believe it needed replacing. The table next to the sofa was broken.

Très agréable
Pros:

La localisation, la vue sur mer, la taille de la chambre, Le parking sous l’hôtel avec accès direct à l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner
