L’atencio cap a les persones deixa molt que dessitjar. No tots som extrangers que anem a liarla. El tracte va ser amb despreci i com si els hi molestesis. L’habitacio molt be pero pel preu pagat no entenc ni el tracte ni el tenir que esperar bastant a la cua de recepcio per ser ates.

The hotel accused me of using the minibar even though I didn't use it and didn't refund the money they reserved upon check-in. After that, they don't answer or pick up the phone.

Que por el precio que se paga por una noche opino que no deberían cobrar el parking. Honestamente lo encuentro un atraco.

Un hotel muy elegante. Lujo. La sala de conferencias espectacular.

El desayuno estupendo. Mucha variedad. Muy bien organizado. Limpio. El personal del buffet muy atento. Muy educado. Te atendían como si fuera a la carta. La camarera fue muy amable y atenta.

Cons:

El Sky está cerrado no sé si era por obra. No pudimos ver ninguna otra planta porque solo funcionaba la planta donde estaba mi habitación.
