Loved it!
Pros:

It was our third booking at the Hyatt Regency while on vacation in Europe. The service was great!

Cons:

It’s something about the ventilation. I think the rooms need to be aired out or something.

Solide für den Preis.
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre in der Lobby sowie in der Bar beziehungsweise im Restaurant war besonders angenehm. Das Standardzimmer verfügte über alles, was benötigt wurde.

Auch die Angestellten hinterliessen einen guten Eindruck. Beschwerden wurden ernst genommen und noch am selben Tag erledigt.

Das Club-Sandwhich ist hervorragend!!

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft fiel die ungünstige Wahl der Wasserhähne auf. Diese waren zu klein, wodurch das Händewaschen kaum möglich war. Zusätzlich tropfte es von der Decke.

Beides wurde angesprochen, woraufhin entweder ein neues Zimmer angeboten oder ein Hausmeister zur Behebung des Problems in Aussicht gestellt wurde.

Alles wurde noch am selben Tag geregelt, was insgesamt für grosse Zufriedenheit sorgte.

Czystość, wygląd wewnętrzny hotelu. Przestronne, klimatyzowane, ładnie urządzone pokoje

Cons:

Jedna butelka wody 330 ml na pokój dwuosobowy. Szafa w łazience, gdzie przy kąpieli paruje na ubrania.

Pyszne śniadania, duże pokoje, wygodne łóżko.
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadania, codziennie wyciskany sok ze świeżych pomarańczy. Duży pokój, wygodne łóżko, codzienne sprzątanie - było bardzo czysto.

Cons:

Dziwna była otwarta łazienka na korytarz, pierwszy raz spotkałam się z czymś takim. Toaleta i prysznic zamykane, ale pierwsza wrażenie było lekko zaskoczone. Personel pomocny i bardzo miły.

A bottle of champagne was left for my birthday which was so kind.

A midway point from the cruise port to the airport is a great location.

Cons:

When checking in we found out the top floor was closed and that was one of the reasons we wanted to stay here.

Great Barcelona hotel with easy access to the metro and main sights
Pros:

Large room with comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were excellent. Hotel was a short 5-10 min walk to metro. Breakfast although slightly pricey was worth it.

Ni el Google Maps ni el Waze trobàven a la primera la ubicació del hotel! Sort que vàrem trucar i el personal de recepció molt atent ens va guiar.
