El Personal, la Habitación, la Seguridad, la Limpieza
Agua disponible fresquita en todas partes

Cons:

La piscina es muy pequeña.
No hay restauración próxima.
Solo hay un baño en la planta de la recepción, en momentos de Convección se complica...
Los precios para comer/cenar o desayunar son excesivos.

Hotel luxueux mais loin du centre
Pros:

Hotel luxieux propre , literie très confortable.
Chambres communicantes très pratiques pour les couples avec enfants. Bon Petit dej , personnel souriant.

Cons:

Le gros inconvénient c est qu il est Troooop loin du centre , obligé de prendre le taxi ou le métro pour une 20aine de minutes. Il est Plus proche de l aéroport que du centre.
Temps d attente trop long au restaurant pour diner .

Our second stay.
Pros:

Modern and fully comprehensive hotel with all amenities. It has a fabulous restaurant, Terrum.

Cons:

It’s a little remote from the centre of town although there is an underground train service by the hotel.

No es lo que se espera
Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan una mejora, el lavabo era poco práctico.
Por otro lado el personal también dejaba que desear, aunque no todos. El servicio de bar en la piscina era pésimo, nos dijeron de manera muy seca que ya nos atenderían y nunca llegaron a hacerlo.
En definitiva, no estaba a la altura de un hotel de 5⭐️, por lo que el precio me parece excesivo para lo que es.
