Pros:

Nous avons payé environ 450 € pour deux nuits, ainsi que des suppléments pour bénéficier d'une chambre à un étage supérieur et d'une vue panoramique. Or, ces prestations n'ont pas été respectées.
Voici les différents problèmes rencontrés :
Le check-in et le check-out ont été interminables.
La piscine est petite et non chauffée.
Nous avons payé un supplément pour être à un étage supérieur, mais nous avons été placés au 8e étage, alors que les chambres commencent au 7e étage. Je ne considère donc pas que cette prestation ait été réellement respectée.
Nous avons également payé un supplément pour une vue panoramique, mais celle-ci n'a pas été prise en compte.
À notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de gel douche dans la chambre. Nous avons dû nous rendre deux fois à l'accueil pour le signaler. Nous avons même laissé un mot à la fin du séjour à l'attention du personnel de ménage, sans que cela soit pris en compte.
Il manquait également un peignoir pour la deuxième nuit.
Nous avions le petit-déjeuner inclus, cela n'avait pas été pris en compte, le matin au petit-déjeuner à l'entrée on nous a dit "vous n'êtes pas sur la liste, cela sera facturé en supplément"
Lorsque nous étions dans la salle de bain, la climatisation coulait directement sur nous.
Le plafond de la douche s'effrite.
La chambre est vieillissante et présente de nombreux défauts.
Nous sommes particulièrement déçus compte tenu du prix payé et surtout du fait que nous avons payé des suppléments pour des prestations qui n'ont pas été prises en compte.
450 € pour deux nuits dans un établissement de ce standing, avec autant de problèmes et des prestations supplémentaires qui ne sont pas respectées, est pour nous totalement injustifié et très décevant.

Beyond my expectations
Pros:

Absolutely amazing! Stayed here for my birthday with my sister the staff went above and beyond! From early check in to a room upgrade complimentary drinks. A birthday I will cherish forever!

Good hotel, some internal pricing is excessive.
Pros:

Nice hotel, good location mid way between Barcelona central and airport

Cons:

At the little shop, those instant noodles are like €2 in a Mercado, but in the Hyatt shop are €8 each. 400% mark up is a bit ridiculous. Not ideal if you arrive late or need a mid night snack. Also a gin & tonic for €17 - any other bar in town it would be €5-7.
