sehr schönes hotel mit sehr guter ausstattung in sehr guter lage Preis Leistung unschlagbar, sehr schöne Zimmer. schöne aussicht, top Eventlokation

Cons:

nichts, alles gut so, ev der checkin etwas freundlicher, ich konnte nicht in mein zimmer vor 15:00 Uhr da. Das wurde mir von der Dame etwas genervt mitgeteilt, aber das war eine ausnahme, alles naderen waren super freunlcih und hilfsbereit.

Disappoint given the price I paid. I was expecting 5 star, I got 3.5 star.
Pros:

Food was fine. Staff were fine.

Cons:

Poor design in the room, eg a light hanging from ceiling right where I got in and out of bed which was so low I bumped it with my head several times.
Mini bar not restocked once while I was there.
A shelf on the wall of the main bedroom which was not flat and was gently angled down as it left the wall. To make matters worse the shelf was varnished making it slippery and without realising the slope I put a glass on it which slipped off and broke.
