Very clean and comfortable large bed. Nice modern kitchen and laundry. Great tiled area and bathroom fully tiled.
Great verandah overlooking tropical forest.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was blocked. In the shower they had a shelf at eye level. Safety issue.

We had a relaxing, restful, tranquil holiday
Pros:

The view was fantastic. The area was tranquil and serene. There were grocery items such as oil. Salt, pepper, glad wrap and sugar available to use. I loved the book library available in complex.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Modern Apartment in Great Location
Pros:

We arrived well before check-in time, and were greeted with 'give me 10 minutes to check that your room is ready'.
The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, recently renovated bathroom, which included a washing machine and dryer....a great bonus for us as we had been travelling for several weeks with limited laundry facilities. It had a view of the tropical gardens which surround the pool area, and a poolside cabana which included a gas barbeque. The pool was a great temperature and a very good size. We loved the location ( lovely 40 minute walk to Palm Cove ) and the fact that we had off-street parking right outside our apartment. The bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend Agincourt, and would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean, pool temperature was perfect and the view from the beachfront apartment was amazing!

Cons:

It’s a 40 minute walk to Palm Cove but there’s a bus near by if you time it right.

Lovely stay in quiet area of Clifton Beach
Pros:

Lovely clean apartment, with everything needed for comfortable stay. Good value.
Quiet location opposite beach.
Swimming pool was lovely temperature surrounded by greenery.

Cons:

Only slight disappointment was having paid extra for beach facing apartment was at end of block and faced trees not beach. The trees were on opposite side of road so nothing to do with apartment and if sat on balcony could look down towards beach.
