We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Westin with a lovely room and view and comfy beds.
Pros:

When we got into our room, there was a little cake and bottle of champagne in an ice bucket, as I had mentioned it was my parents’ anniversary - this was a lovely and much appreciated touch. We were also given a room facing Flinders St, with a large bay window. The staff were so helpful, polite and professional in every case. I was able to borrow a phone charger from reception, which was handy. I stayed an extra 2 hours (after being given a late 12pm checkout, thank you) as the hourly price was so reasonable ($25 per extra hour). As we have done quite a few times before we had a meal in the lobby lounge, which is always tasty - we particularly liked the herbaceous salad this time!

Perfect stay - high quality hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

This is a first class hotel in a terrific location with outstanding customer service orientated staff. The room was excellent, the bed super comfy and the breakfast buffet a delight!

A function in the cbd required a well-deserved luxury stay

Cons:

Such a minor comment. We wish hotels would have more milk in the fridge for those who enjoy milk in their beverages. Room service was wonderful and happy to bring up milk even after returning late at night.
