Overnight visit that I wish was longer. Hotel was a dream and so were the staff.
Pros:

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud - absolutely wonderful and luxurious. Best sleep in ages. The room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. Location was terrific - central and convenient to restaurants and entertainment areas.
The service was profeesional and second to none - I felt seen and treated with kindness. The hotel is classy, a touch opulent but easy to get around.

Cons:

Some of the bathroom facilities (especially the shower) had a little mould in the grout (room 523).

Wish I could have stayed longer.

A wonderful stay my only regret was having to leave early the day. Looking forward to my next stay
Pros:

Even though the hotel is in the heart of the city it was very quiet. Room size was excellent and the bed one of the comfiest I have slept in.

Pros:

very big room, very large and very comfortable bed, perfect soundproofing, amazing location, helpful and nice staff.
beautiful indoor swimming pool. good breakfast.

Cons:

no fresh aeration in the room as the windows are closed . .
very bad quality of toilet paper.
evening room service very poor in terms of choice
swimming pool showers not very clean
no fresh baked bread at breakfast.

Great location, comfortable rooms, unfortunately internal processes lower our view and enjoyment.

Location and the extremely comfortable bedding.

Cons:

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast buffet. I don’t believe it was comparable to other hotels of this standard overseas. Prior to our stay, we had made some requests for consideration, these were not translated or noted on our booking.
There was a breach of privacy during our stay, very upsetting and I don’t believe the compensation provided was adequate for what occurred.
