Loved the breakfast buffet. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel.

Cons:

- it was slightly difficult to access the wifi as we had to join the marriot bonvoy memebership and sign in, instead of one click access.
- personal preference - would have been nicer if the bed was firmer. It was still good.

Pros:

The bed was super comfy and the location was brilliant.

All the staff were really lovely too!

For the location, it was really quiet and the block out curtains were great for a sleep in!

Cons:

The cleaning standard was a bit less than expected (dirty bathroom mirrors).

Limited power points in the main section of the room for things like the kettle, coffee machine and phones recharging, and again in the bathroom for hair-dryers and straightener use.

A kitchenette basin would've made a big difference! I don't like using a bathroom for filling kettles and coffee machines.

The room furnishings are a bit tired too.
A bit dated and obvious signs of age/wear.

Breakfast options weren't the best, for the price.

Lovely property, great location

Cons:

Absolutely awful check in experiences. Rooms weren’t ready over and hour after our designated check in time. We had to follow up multiple times with the front desk including with the front of house manager who said she’d personally check on the status for us. Disappeared and never returned.
