Buffet breakfast is excellent. Staff who greet you are very good, especially at the bell

Cons:

The room is serviced very late in the day i.e. 4.30pm earliest. This was very inconvenient and not to be expected of a hotel of this calibre. The service at the downstairs lobby could do with an improvement e.g. the offering of mixed nuts can be random, drinks can be handed to you with fingers on the top of the glass instead of on the stem. Staff don't seem that happy to be working there

Pros:

Everything the room, the view and the staff were amazing. Most notably the buffet provided exceptional food and a wide range of options for people with special dietary requirements.

Great location & big rooms.
Pros:

Convenient to everything in CDB.
All the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was quite large & clean, bed and pillow very comfortable too.

The location cant be beaten in Melbourne and the beds are super comfortable. The Westin is the most beautiful chain of hotels, never go wrong
