Good quality hotel
Nothing
The room (and bathroom) was very clean and spacious with a balcony. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The Westin is located in the heart of the CBD and is in close proximity of shops, cafes , and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent and you could make your own fresh juice and smashed avocado which we enjoyed doing. The barista coffee was as good as you could find anywhere. The pool and gym areas were well presented and easily accessed. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful from valet parking to the front desk and the waiting staff on both the downstairs bar and restaurant. There was an issue with our room being ready on time due to a shower issue, but they were apologetic and provided us with free drinks and also delivered a bottle of sparkling wine and a jar of chocolate macadamia honey roasted nuts to our room. They could not have been more accommodating. If you stay at the Westin, you will enjoy it immensely.
Sometimes the free water was not left in an amount right for three people.
Nearby city center
We arrived at 9pm to check in to our fully pre-paids rooms.
One of fhem, the suite, smelled mold and cigarretes from other room. We asked for a change but they said no room in the entire hotel was available!
We decided to leave Westin and at 11pm we moved to the Sofitel.

Great location, right in the city, close to restaurants and bars. The Superior Spa room was large and comfortable. Great corner views of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Spa worked well. Staff were helpful.
Our room wasn't ready by the allocated check-in time. There were no bathrobes. The sink plug was faulty which is disappointing for a premium spa room.
