Location and friendly staff
I haven’t stayed in this property for approximately 10 years and it has not changed at all in that time.
A lot of things were very tired and worn out and in need of an upgrade

Good food and very pleasant and helpful staff.
The overall impression was one of worn elegance and appearance. I remembered it from many years ago as a very elegant hotel.
Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Wiskey-Tasting in der nahegelegenen Distillerie gebucht und durften deutlich früher einchecken. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Motorrad konnten wir relativ sicher und direkt vor unserem Fenster parken.
Redelijk groot hotel met een leuke bar. Prima restaurant. Grote kamer en prima parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt was redelijk standaard, niks op aan te merken. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van de Glenmorangie Distillery dus kun je een prima wiskey tasting doen.

It was a clean room and room was large - staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location for my travel.
Everything old and outdated.. toilet had issues flushing, tiny bath and there was a hole in the window which was ok because it allowed air in otherwise I could not have opened window
The location works for my visit to the Highlands
It was tired last time I stayed, there are no apparent updates. The smell on one of the corridors is most unpleasant, I can only assume that the staff are so used to it that they ignore it.

Our room was enormous with all the amenities we wanted. Our dog was welcome. Breakfast was good.
It was an expensive stay. The bar shut at 10 pm and neither bar tender seemed to know how to serve drinks. They may have been short staffed.
