I had an exceptional stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. The location is convenient yet peaceful, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming.
The room was spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained, with minimal noise for a truly restful experience. Service was outstanding—staff were professional, attentive, and consistently warm.
The amenities were excellent and well thought out, adding to the comfort of the stay. Considering the quality delivered, the hotel offers great value.
Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return again.

We visited this hotel for a dinner buffet on 11 March and made full payment on the spot on 10 March. We requested for an invoice at the time, but were told it would be issued the following day.
Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups on 11, 13, 16, 17, and 18 March, we have yet to receive the invoice. Each time, we were told the matter would be checked with Finance, but no update or resolution was provided.
It has now been more than two weeks, and our request remains unresolved. This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of response and follow-up from the hotel is disappointing.
We hope the management will take this matter seriously and improve their responsiveness and internal coordination.

Strategic location
We were booked into a tenanted room. As we walked in the room was empty but there were clothes on the floor and used cups. We quickly left the room and headed to the reception area.
Apparently the trainee staff wrongly issued an occupied room and then gave us another room.
The sink and bathtub were getting not well maintained and water remained in the bathtub and sink after each use. It takes about 20 mins for the water to drain.

The pillow is too high
It had everything you wanted in the five star hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful and was always greeted with a smile. The facilities in the hotel were very good and good value for money.
There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. However, the hot water supply in the bathroom was inconsistent. At times there was hot water, but at other times there was none. It would be appreciated if the management could look into this issue to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.
