Pros:

Some staff were friendly. Main bed was ok.

Cons:

Water damage and mold in the room. Check in process was frustrating with attempted extra charges for things included in the booking details. Cot was incredibly uncomfortable and old.

Hotel is Rundown
Pros:

The location of the hotel is strategic, and it's close by to the Subang Jaya LRT station.

Cons:

Staffs were unfriendly and does not seem to be very motivated.
No complementary drinks or fruit basket upoj check-in. Other premium hotels provide refreshments upon checking in.

Most of the guest places the food debris at the corridor, this constantly creates a bad smell at the corridor.

The hotel looks run down with not much maintenence efforts.

I'm very disappointed with the standard of the hotel.
