Location
The room is bit old and car park system is messy and charge me excessively due to the free hotel parking system is not working properly and I had to pay RM80 just for parking fee despite I am entitled for the free parking
Staff were helpful (but we had ongoing issues with the aircon and tv not working well)
Maria from Breakfast restaurant - She was amazing and also remembered my husband even though it had been 10 years since his last work travel.
Comfortable stay and really enjoyed the lounge area for meals and drinks, staff were great.
Recommend the Chinese restaurant for a nice meal.

We had a great time in Dorsett Grand Subang. Truly an excellent place of accomodation. Enjoyed peak hospitality throughout, from check-in to check-out. Hats off to the entire team, especially Ms. Shaimini and Mr. Ugnesh for going the extra mile to make us feel more welcoming and comfortable. Truly appreciate all your efforts. It’s daylight robbery here. They want to charge RM200 to check in ONE HOUR early.
Obviously the room is available. Was happy to pay RM50.
So they made us wait until 3.
Customer service 0 point.
Will never stay here again.

1) pillows could have been fluffier; mattress could have been firmer. My spine was not aligned when I slept on the mattress, and it does not support my body weight. Very uncomfortable and worn-out mattress
2) front desk staff's unprofessionalism. Looks like they do not know how to smile and greet patrons professionally. Made me feel very unwelcomed. One of them was chatting and chewing gum in front of me. His behaviour was very unbecoming.
3) I requested for connecting rooms but was given rooms which were not connected! I confirmed twice during check in, and the front desk staff assured me that I have been allocated with the rooms I asked for. This made me rather pissed but I managed to calm myself down and lodged a complaint. Fortunately, I was given the rooms I asked for when I complained about it.
4) Quality of breakfast spread was not up to mark. The potato tots tasted like the day before leftovers, and they were fried again and served. Please check the Quality of your food preparation and your kitchen staff. The people who manage the establishment should go to the ground, see and check for themselves.
