I am truly grateful to the entire hotel staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and wonderful hospitality. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the very first moment. This hotel has a unique, authentic charm that makes it truly special.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My room overlooked the inner courtyard, and the windows also faced the courtyard, making it peaceful and quiet. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The bed linen was spotless, and the towels were changed every day.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful church that I highly recommend visiting. The bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, and nearby there is a lovely waterfront promenade with breathtaking views of Venice and the lagoon. Buses run 24 hours a day, making it easy to reach the city center, the vaporetto, or the beaches.

If, like me, you appreciate comfort, tranquility, and an authentic atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. This is not a noisy tourist hotel—it is a place to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy your time.

Great hospitalaty, great interior, tasty breakfast, and very flexibel on checkin times
Pros:

Charming hotel in a very quiet part of the Lido, super easy to reach Venice from there but you are out of the madness if you need to and you have a few very nice beaches not far from where you are staying.

È stata una vacanza molto piacevole, anche se di un giorno solo molto bene la colazione ricca pulita la camera molto ampie e spaziosa e la posizione del relais è davvero vincente. I locali sono particolarmente piacevoli e si respira davvero aria veneziana

Tutto piacevole e con gusto, dall’arredo degli spazi interni ed esterni alla colazione di qualità.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.
Si riposa benissimo senza rumori esterni, perfino il condizionatore silenzioso!

The location was lovely. The historical building and the interior was beautiful. Breakfast was good on some days.

Cons:

The tea station was never replenished with cups and teabags, or if there was one, the other was missing. The staff seemed a bit absent-minded in this regard. The service at breakfast was often chaotic. There was black mould on the bathroom wall right next to the washbasin and on the tiles.

Pros:

Італійський колорит, готель знаходиться в тихому місті. Номер схожий на музей. Затишно, при цьому по сучасному комфортний.Неймовірно чистий, персонал готелю привітний. Дякуємо Агнес за допомогу при заселені. Смачні сніданки, справжня італійська - дуже смачно та вишукано.
