Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Ich hatte das Hotel als Unterkunft ausgesucht, um einen Familienangehörigen im Pflegeheim zu besuchen und meine Anfahrt dazu über 200 km weit ist.
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig und auch sehr ruhig, wenn man bedenkt, dass es im Stadtzentrum liegt. Zum einen ist der Bahnhof nur wenig Fußminuten entfernt, wo man mit der S-Bahn sehr schnell nach Zürich gelangen kann (15 Minuten). Andererseits liegt es im Komplex des Einkaufszentrum "Illuster". Das hat den Vorteil, dass man bequem das Parkhaus benutzen kann und dort sogar einige Hotelparkplätze ausgewiesen sind. Die Benutzung kostet pauschal 9 CHF pro Tag und man kann dann an der Rezeption immer das Einfahrticket kostenlos gegen ein Ausfahrtticket austauschen. Vom Parkhaus gelangt man direkt zum Aufzug, mit welchem man zur Rezeption im 2. Stock sowie zu den Zimmern in den Stockwerken darüber gelangen kann. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum, wo wir uns beim Migros mit leckeren Schweizer Produkten zum Mitnehmen eindecken konnte. Das alles empfand ich als sehr praktisch. Rund um das Hotel gibt es auch zahlreiche Restaurants.
Hervorzuheben ist in jedem Fall das Personal, sowohl bei der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücksraum. Jeder war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass ich mich gut aufgebhoben fühlte.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Besonders die Käseauswahl sowie das Rührei war der Hit. Das Buffet wurde immer rasch aufgefüllt, sodass bei mir nie etwas ausging.
Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts mangelt. Ich entschied mich dabei für ein Superiorzimmer, da ich einen Balkon schon als sehr praktisch empfand. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Meine Frau und ich hätten uns beide ein zweites Kopfkissen gewünscht, aber andererseits hatte ich das Personal nicht darüber verständigt, werde es aber beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne tun.
Alles in allem kann ich einen Aufenthalt im Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Cons:

Offen gestanden kann ich hier eigentlich gar nichts bemängeln. Die von einem Vorschreiber erwähnte Baustelle hatte ich bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt auch vor meinem Zimmer, aber es wurden selbst am Samstag keine Arbeiten ausgeführt, sodass es keine Lärmbelästigung für mich darstellte. Klar kann man sich als Aussicht etwas besseres wünschen, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja schließlich nicht und irgendwann wird der Neubau sicherlich wieder fertig sein. Und die Sicht auf die schneebedeckten Berge dahinter entschädigte dafür auch wieder etwas.

Die Lage, im Zentrum mit den Ceschäften im gleichen Gebäudekomplex, auch Migros mit Restaurant und andere Geschäfte rundherum.und trotzdem sehr ruhig
Grosszügige Tiefgarage.
Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, feines Frühstück in gepflegtem Raum.
Freundliches Personal.

Tolles Hotel feines Frühstück freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich. Es hatte eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedensten Speisen. Da ist für jedermann jeder Frau etwas dabei.
